Perfect location near the old town and all of center city buzz. The hotel was super clean and staff very friendly and happy to help. Breakfast was rich, if you want eggs you can order them and they will fix it for you on the spot. Our room was centrally located with sea view which I believe was an upgrade so thank you for that. We stayed there for 1 night only as Koper was our transit spot but would gladly return as the town itself has some special charm to it and during our stay it was full of life.
Prices in Koper are a bit on the upside, but we cant compare as global inflation influenced price increase all over Europe.
P.S. hotel entrance looks like a coffeshop/boutique entrance which we really liked but were confused when we came there if it was the hotel entrance or not. :)
The traditional Hotel Bio offers homely decorated rooms fitted with free Wi-Fi, while free on-site parking is provided as well. The historical center of Koper is 0.9 mi away.
With bespoke, modern interiors married to a historic building, this boutique suite is the ideal starting point to dove into the famed truffle-infused cuisine of Istria, explore the Venetian history...
Located right in the center of Koper, 492 feet from a pebbly and stone-paved beach, Hostel Museum offers a garden with a terrace and free-to-use barbecue facilities.

The apartment is very clean and seems like new. Main dining room is spacious and has a TV with Netflix. The view is exceptionally good! The neighborhood is quite and there was always a free parking spot nearby under the small roof, in the shadow.

Koper, a picturesque coastal town in Slovenia, offers a delightful blend of history and seaside beauty. Its well-preserved medieval old town, characterized by narrow winding streets and charming squares, transports visitors to another era. With its welcoming atmosphere, stunning waterfront views, and rich cultural heritage, Koper is a hidden gem along the Adriatic coast that promises an enchanting and memorable experience for travelers.

Loevly old part town of city, and long promenade is perfect to walk and watch sunsets. Mornarček fish house was a good place to have sea food, a bit steep price but good portions. On friday there were open air street concerts, you can feel the city vibe. The saddest thing is the city beach. Really small and of course crowded.

The sea was still cold. We went cycling and hiking. Beautiful cycle path: Parenzana. We went from Trieste to Piran. It's a shame that small engines also use it. Heated seawater thermal bath in Portoroz.

Koper is a very nice place where you can find various inns, shops, pastry shops... You can also find beautiful views and walking paths. I recommend a hike from Koper to Izola along a well-maintained walking path. It is also a very pet-friendly place, although you have to pay attention to the signs where pets are not allowed to relieve themselves.

A wonderful medieval town with so many of the original buildings (Venetian style architeture) intact. Clean and tidy except for lots of graffiti which didn't matter because it was all in Slovenian! Very little crime I was told and people seemed to leave phones cameras beside them without worrying
Everything in the old town within easy walking distance but be careful of uneven paving stones if you are a bit wobbly on your feet.
Cafe Loggia in main square good place for coffee and toasties.
Lots of fresh fish in restaurants and Slovenian traditional food too. Lots of varieties of ice cream but be aware that their "scoops" are twice as big as here.
Try the orange wine it's lovely (but not made from oranges as I thought at first). Buy "flowers of salt" made in salt pans the traditional way near Piran (another lovely town to visit nearby)
Bikes to rent (including electric) in many outlets in town.
This was really an opposite experience compared to a hotel. Very personal and friendly, especially since only one cottage is at disposal. Basically you're invited into a family, that lives on the same property, which offered a window into local Slovenian/Istrian soul and lifestyle. Very rich and bio breakfasts, local fruits, herbs provided directly from the garden. The "Green" was evidently something, that the owners belived in, not just a label.
Lovely stay, lovely people, nice memories, I definitely do recommend!
Great location and wonderful people that own the apartment!
Highly recommended! We stayed there with my 10 y.o. daughter in February. You cannot find a better place in Koper - your sightseeing starts as soon as you live the door. The bonus point for that location is a grocery store (2-minute walk), where you can buy anything you want, including a prepared hot meals. Very convenient when you don't want to spend time, cooking your own meals! Place was comfy and we had everything we needed! Once again - host are great!
I often come to Koper for a week or two and I have stayed in several different places. This apartment was definitely the best!
The place is cozy, spotless clean, all furnished, and very nice to live in. The area, in the old town, is very quiet. It is an 9 minutes walk to the sea front and its restaurants, and a supermarket is just close by.
The landlord was really nice and even picked me up at the bus station. I can't recommend this place enough!
Koper is a nice almost fairy tail costal town. Apartma Olivieri is located in one of the most colourful streets, close to Titov Trg, the main square. Because the apartment has it's entrance on a small inner court it is extremely quiet.
The apartment itself is convenient. The owner is the friendliest lady I ever met travelling with Booking. She is extremely helpful and makes sure you'll find her place in the maze Koper's old city centre is.
Atmospheric apartment on the outskirts of Koper in a lovely, quiet area. Very easy to get to the highway, excellent base for exploring the coastal area of Slovenia and Trieste. Very friendly owner, they live upstairs and have their own olive trees and wine. Fully equipped kitchen and ample space. Due to the weather we didn't use the outside sitting area but this definitely is a further advantage of the place.
Hosts were really friendly and helpful. The appartment was cozy and well equipped, and the area quite peaceful. Free Wifi. Location is out of town Koper in Bertoki, but for us it wasn't a problem, especially cause there were a grocery, a restaurant (gostilna) and a bus stop just 100 meters from the appartment. A one-way bus ticket to Koper costs just 80 cents.
The lady was super helpful and very kind. She even came for us, two streets down from her apartment. There was a construction going on so she helped us with the parking lot as well. She brought for us great coffee, juice and little snack even it was 10pm. Was perfect very decent neighborhood and a perfect place to stay if you would like to visit Koper! 👍🏻✅👌
1. GREAT SWIMMING FACILITIES WITH POOLS AND WHIRPOOLS AND GREEK ROMAN BATHS WHIRPOOLS WITH SAUNAS
2. EXCELLENT LOCATION IN THE MIDDLE TO KOPER OR IZOLA PLACE
3. DELICIOUS BREAKFAST AND OTHER MEALS
4. SPACIOUS ROOMS WITH BALCONY IN THE VERY BIG AND CREATIVE BUILDED HOTEL
5. GREAT VALUE: BEST PRICE FOR WHAT YOU GET
6. KIND AND HELPFUL STAFF
The apartment is located on a hill outside Koper city center and has a wonderful sea view. It was very clean and tidy, and the host was very kind and left us fruit, sweets, welcome drinks. The apartment is spacious, and has all the facilities you need. The balcony is also big and it's lovely to enjoy a meal with a view.
The hotel is in a rather industrial area on a dead end road with bike lane running right in front of the hotel wich can be helpful when reaching a center of Koper. The hotel itself is very nice and well maintained. The breakfast was just incredible! Probably the best we had in whole Slovenia so far...
Marko is very welcoming and the apartment is clean and perfect.there is nothing else that you want from a host or apartment.everything is as shown.parking is great for any size of vehicle.i will stay many times when I go to visit my friends in koper.very recommended. Thankyou marko
The hotel is tidy, the environment is cosy, the room is tidy and spacious (at least in the upgraded room type which I had). Special thanks to the hotel staff at the reception, they were very helpful in fulfilling all requests and with no additional charges.
The location was within walking distance of the places that we needed to go to. The view was AWESOME! The room was spacious and clean. The hotel restaurants were excellent.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice location if you are with a car. Easy (free) parking behind the hotel and still just a 10 minute walk to the center of town.
