The grounds were nicely kept. The house keep (Mario) was excellent, very kind and cordial. He even stayed at the beach with (3 women) since the rest of our group had not arrived. He wanted to make sure we were safe in the ocean. He carried some plastic chairs all the way to the beach so we could be comfortable. He even got us a few coconuts so we can taste the water. The pool was nice but definitely a lot smaller that what looks in the picture.. no shallow area. No signs that it is a deep pool all around. Once we got the beach it is indeed a gorgeous beach (specially in low tide) .

The house has a lot of potential and could possibly be worth the value but it was not taken care of properly. But the worst part is, you'll see in a picture. It looks like someone lives there and all they did was just throw their stuff in a storage room long enough for us to stay there didn't bother cleaning or nothing.

The property is beautiful, it looks just like the pictures. The pool with the sign behind it was beautiful specially at night. It was very clean and modern. The host were super helpful and accommodating.
