After this trip I would not recommend Nai Yang Beach or anywhere in Phuket, there is no value for money. The Signature Glamping is a good example of the ripoff that is Phuket, run-down, charges a 17% service (which is above the norm) food is average at a high price. There are no footpaths, The beach is a tiny strip of sand, that looks okay when the tide is full. After the tide has gone out there is 300 metres of mud. The mosquitoes are savage so bug repellent is a necessary item. There are far better areas in Thailand to visit and enjoy. If you want to visit Phi Phi and other islands, then Krabi is a better option, go airport, better value accommodation and shopping.AusMk1Australia - 10Scored 10

On the plus side, the beach wasn't crowded and didn't have anyone hassling you to buy food etc. There were lots of good restaurants on the beach, and the village had a few shops and a 24-hour convenience store. Unfortunately, the beach wasn't particularly clean, and it seamed that nobody actually cleaned it anyway. Also, there were a few too many stray dogs in the mornings. Nevertheless, I love the place as it's very natural and relaxing, and you can easily walk from the airport with hand luggage if you're only staying a few days.David - 2.0Scored 2.0

Nai Yang is very poplar as it is close to the airport. It has a very local laid back vibe which people enjoy. Beach, food, massage, markets, good range of hotels options. One of the best beaches in Phuket.

This place has the most comfortable beds in phuket. The lady on reception, I think she is known as katrina, is most helpful and works really hard. The site also has its own restaurant opposite, which does some lovely dishes.Rooms have a balcony, so you can sit and watch the planes coming in and leaving.
