The location was phenomenal and exceeded all expectations! It was quiet, clean and lovely. The staff was helpful and responsive to our concerns. We loved the screened-in porch and cozy beds. We will definitely tell our friends about Chautauqua!

The room was very spacious and clean. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. It's a 15-minute drive to downtown, so it's less convenient (but to be fair, the price is way more affordable than hotels close to downtown as well). On the other hand, it's right next to a beautiful lake-side park and great for a pleasant walk. Also, it is very close to some good brewery.

the location, the comfortable bed, the new bathroom
Boulder is awesome! UC is a great campus and Pearl St was lots of fun. We found great restaurants and bars, it wasn't too crowded, and we walked everywhere. There are mountain hikes within 10 mins of town, and the weather is splendid. The airport is 45 mins away and Red Rocks is about the same.

so many things to do and we enjoyed Pearl Street. Other sites such as Estes Park close by and other cities in the mountains. People very friendly, and lots of places to walk. I felt safe and happy being there.

Traffic can be a headache during peak hours so we would recommend traveling in the off peak times to sightsee etc. It's definitely not the midwest, people seemed snobby or rude most places and looked at me funny when I said excuse me if I walked by anyone in a tight area. No-one else excused themselves or tried to avoid colliding down the busy morning sidewalks downtown or in shops/restaurants. My adult daughter stated it's because we are from the midwest & people do things diff here.

Great place to visit...location is great for area, price is inflated for a Hilton and for location! This hotel is squeezed between another hotel and a strip plaza. Stay closer to Pearl St for better food and better location. The a/c unit in this place is very noisy. I found this to be an average hotel for the prce and skipped out on the burgers and nachos on the menu, surrounding area has much better food with cheaper prices. Also there is a charge to park a car there that most hotels don't have.

We came into town for a football game.
We came into town for a football game. CU has the most hostile and aggressive fans that we have ever encountered. We travel to a lot of college games and were warned by a number of friends and locals about this beforehand but were definitely not prepared for the vicious and obnoxious behavior exhibited by students and adults. It took away from the experience at this fabulous stadium.
Lots of restaurants and hiking trails but definitely not the friendliest city that we have every visited, though Flatiron coffee shop is amazing.
A tastefully remodeled motel transformed into a classy Best Western Plus motel. Not only was the ground floor room with exterior sliding glass door patio (because we had a pet; no extra charge) beautifully decorated, the beds were comfy, the room amenities were appreciated, the grounds were beautifully landscaped, the complimentary breakfast was fantastic (FINALLY!), and the pool area was also tastefully renovated. Too bad they didn’t turn on the poolside candles in the jumbo lanterns - would have completed the cool vibe.
Love the location!! and the place has the friendliest vibe! Their bar is open till 10pm and the guests mingle around the fire pits and chat and make s’mores. What bliss! The common parts are brilliant: a huge room w an enormous flat screen, Ping Pong table and rock climbing wall; a smaller room for yoga with a peloton bike too (I was too busy gallivanting/hiking to use much apart from the bar and the fire pit in the evening). I’ll definitely stay again on my next trip to Boulder.
We came to explore Boulder and this hotel is about a 15 minute drive away in a very pretty location. The owner was very nice and so were the people behind the desk. The washer and dryers on location were great to have. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was good- they also had grab and go granola bars. And one of the best breweries in the US is close by- Avery brewing. There is a hot tub but we didnt use it.
Great place to stay - ideally located for downtown Boulder but quiet, close to great hiking on the Flat Irons. The rooms were fabulous, parking by the door and with everything you need. Clean and comfortable. Great breakfast provided in the main reception, options for gluten free available. Staff friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again on my return trip.
The hotel was very clean and the location was in a decent area for walking. The front desk was very helpful. Stephanie was a night desk and they didn't have the pop we drank so she ordered it and paid for it and had it delivered to our room. It was an emotional time because I was dropping my child off at college so it is the little things that matter.
This charming inn in the heart of downtown Boulder is clean, comfortable, and meticulously maintained (full housekeeping service every day - hotels don't do that anymore). Breakfasts are sumptuous and the happy hours are bonus. Staff is solicitous and ready to take care of every need. It's not just a place to stay, it's a place to hang out.
The breakfast was what I expect at a hotel. The breakfast room was a bit small but the breakfast attendant was very nice and friendly! The bed was super comfortable and, unlike so many hotels, it was very quiet and in a quiet neighborhood. Also, the hotel was the least expensive room (at least $100 cheaper) in Boulder.
Great location, excellent price, very nice large room. Breakfast was enough for the price - cereal, yogurt, fruit and fruit juice, coffee, bagels etc but no warm option. It's the cheapest hotel I could find in Boulder and can recommend it. I would stay there again. The pool is great and gym adequate.
It was a small variety for breakfast but the everything was fresh and clean. I enjoyed the coffee in the room as well. The indoor pool and hot tub area was clean as well. Plenty of towels and washcloths for the stay. I especially enjoyed the convince of everything in walking distance.
Excellent hotel. Easily four stars. Amazing staff, facilities maintained in pristine condition. I can't come up with a single criticism for this hotel. I wonder if Best Western knows how lucky they are to have such quality people. Especially now.
Beautiful scene, awesome facilities and outdoor hot tub, kindest staff. Also conveniently close drive to main area and hiking trails, even did a day trip to rocky mtn national park. I think they have a trail onsite but not sure
Nice hotel little far away from the Boulder city center. Large parking, reasonable gym, helpful staff and large fridge in the room. The hotel was very pleasant to stay in.
Bedroom and bathroom were both in perfect conditions, tidied up and clean. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is located in a nice area. Breakfast was always excellent.
