The air conditioning did not keep the room cool. We were told it was repaired, but that was not the case.. We were not given a room transfer. The floors were filthy. They obviously had not been cleaned in a long time. The bottoms of my white socks were black from walking around the room. We have stayed at Hampton Inns for years. The air conditioner is broken in the main living area. It is very hot in there. It runs very loud with no cold air. When texting or calling for help I got ignored. I do NOT recommend staying here. Very disappointed in my stay. The shag rug upon entry was grimy and filthy. Bathroom door won’t close. This place isn’t worth more than $50 a night. Way overpriced

Traffic has increased to the point that it is not as easy to get around as I would prefer. The weather is great in the winter, but the constantly increasing population has greatly detracted from the overall enjoyment of the area.

The beaches are amazing.
The beaches are amazing. We are from the west coast and the beaches here are so much better than ours. Everything was very close. The downtown area was so nice to walk through. The malls are amazing and have everything you could need. Must check out Lion Country Safari, it is 30 minutes from the beaches and an awesome experience. You drive through and the animals are all around your car. At the end is a little park you go inside and can feed giraffes as well as birds. It was awesome.

GPS does not like this area and you can get turned around very easily while using google maps or wayz. Be mindful and patient for that. The area is clean , beaches are clean , lots of amenities for shopping , food , and activities to meet any couple / group needs. I would stay here again but never through the vendor of Singer Island Inn, I thought I was getting a cute apartment but ended up much worse. I would check out Peanut Island if you can for a relaxing experience or Shark Diving as we did! Also Juno Bech Pier is an inexpensive place to walk and check out local sea life as fisherman catch their fish for the day.

The staff member who met us was very pleasant and quickly gave us an extra pillow when we asked. Did I mention it was so very clean! There are a few other measures of how good a hotel is. How comfortable are the beds? Does the hotel have nice toilet paper? All signs they are not skimping on the details. First class. In every regard. The stay was great. We would definitely stay here again

We found the hotel parking very convenient and reasonably priced. The hotel is very close to Palm Beach if you want to run over there or go for a long walk. Quick car journey if you want to go to the beach. It is also walking distance from really nice restaurants (incl The Cheesecake Factory) and a shopping area. You can also quickly drive there. Vast majority of the staff were great - it was rare to encounter the "problem staff." Really great guy who does the airport transfers and cheerful housekeeping staff. I enjoyed the restaurant food and there were some bar staff that went "above and beyond" for me. Little pool area was cute but a bit neglected.
