The property was clean, and well kept. The staff was excellent especially Matthew who checked us in at the front desk. He was by far the most professional hotel staff person I have ever met.

In the morning our host Amy prepared exceptional breakfast with a hint of the local Amish culture. The B&B is a beautiful place, I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend some time in the area.

Amanda is a marvelous, helpful host and prepares a great breakfast spread. The available activities were far beyond what we had time to experience, but we did get several fun times at the game table. The location was perfect for the places we needed to go during our visit---close to the thoroughfares, but not too close. Even though everything on the street there is crowded, access to and exit from the property was easy. The quaint Victorian setting provided a nice view and some unexpected new experiences. Our interactions with Amanda and her sweet dogs were very enjoyable and precious. She shared with us some recent renovation history and some upcoming plans which I'm sure will make this property even better in the years ahead. Above all, we will never forget her willingness to go above and beyond to help us.

Very quaint and quiet place. My brother stayed there while visiting my mother, he lives in Alabama. He came up with his son and family to visit my mother and do some home repair for her.
It was within 25-30 minutes of areas we wanted to explore.
It was within 25-30 minutes of areas we wanted to explore. Beautiful scenery and farmland. We loved sharing the road with the buggys and horses - and riding through the Amish country. Don’t miss Kettle Kitchen Village - fun shops!
We drove out to Shady Maple - they have a famous smorgasbord which everyone raves about - but we just went to the Farm Market which we loved - unbelievable abundance of fresh, quality produce and local products. Great little coffee shop around the corner of the Market!

We have stayed here many times over and very happy ever time but this recent stay was extra special. We understand they have been understaffed like so many places now but Kim and Rochelle(I think that is her name) went over and beyond to make sure we had everthing we needed. Kim was soooo nice friendly and beyond helpful. Comfort Inn should be proud of the 2 extra special employees. Will be back soon!!

We booked a 2 queen bed room for 3 people we arrived at the hotel and the employee is looking up our reservation he then goes on to tell us that only 1 person can stay in the room because that's all that we booked the room for, on top of that this the man was extremely rude, disrespectful why would we book a room with 2 beds for 1 person we tried to cancel the reservation after we tried to explain to him our situation we were 7 hrs away from home with our 16 yr old son and he dismissed what we were saying and brushed us off worst customer service and people skills

Great location.
Great location. Driving distance from attractions was easy to plan around. Lots of stores and plazas. Everyone was super nice. The breakfast was amazing. The pool could have been warmer but it was only April so I is to be expected. My suggestion would be to not turn off the heater at night to ensure a better temperature
I felt like it was a budget friendly location except it wasn’t! I’ve traveled quite a bit in the last 5 years and stayed in lots of different Hotels and this was the smallest hotel room ever! for $135.00 a night I just expected more. No coffee pot/ microwave, no closet or dresser! The shower was fantastic but the vanity was small maybe 30 inches wide! Wasn’t expecting a micro room for the price! overall the room was very clean, bed was wonderful and bathroom was fantastic!
No breakfast available, which already knew. We brought our own food. Frig & microwave in rm. Room clean, beds comfy, conveniently located for our needs & price was reasonable compared to surrounding inns & hotels. Requested 1st floor and got that plus our room was very close to entrance, a plus w/ my arthritis. All staff extremely friendly and helpful
Most of the staff made me uncomfortable. They are really unlikable & if you try to make general convo while checking in/out or buying something they’ll make you feel like you shouldn’t talk at all.
Only good thing I’ll say is that its atleast a more modern hotel. But nothings ever cleaned
House keeping always check up on you & offer to make your bed, take your trash out and give you soaps and towels. Rooms are really clean. You do not see bugs like in other hotels/motels. Love this hotel.
We didn't eat at the hotel. The location was good, entrance is slightly confusing. Room was comfortable. The staff and cleaning service was very nice and respectful. Checking in and out was easy.
