The front desk staff was very positive and very helpful--despite being somewhat slammed at the time I arrived. The rooms were very nice, clean, and had just about everything a traveler could want.

This location is spotless from the front door and all the way through. It's tranquil with, no outside noise at all. Breakfast was okay, we should have gotten up and down there earlier!! The front desk was so very helpful and friendly.
If I can't be at home (this time was due to no power or AC) I'll stay here!!

Reception and managers are very unhelpful when the first is found and the later gets in after 10am. No one was equipped to deal with basic details and issues. Management could be called after 10am which was unhelpful the night before. Due to check out times. Language barrier and laziness with one of the female managers. Absolute nightmare place. Was not even at capacity. Worse experience at this usually decent chain. Maybe it’s just a Texas thing. I’m seriously considering not staying at another branch of Marriott.

Beautiful and friendly town. Easy to get around town.
Beautiful and friendly town. Easy to get around town. Love the lakeview. Wish we had more time to stay. We have traveled through Conroe several times on our way through for our kids' activities. I would like to come back and stay and enjoy the area later.

The staff was OK.
The staff was OK. The check out times neds to be consistent across the board on all platforms. Left rushing out because housekeeping knocked on the door before their 10oclock check out time. One of the reasons why I wanted to stay there because of the 11oclock it referenced on the 3rd party platform. When I checked in, the attendanr was distracted by another guest that walked in moments after I did and threw the experience off with me. The view of the property was nice.

The rooms were accommodating for guest and company for graduates! We were able to utilize 2 adjoining room with the balcony facing the lake!
10+ 2 bedrooms w 2 bath accommodations with full.kitchen area
I only used my business credit card at the Quinta hotel, because they needed a card on file for accidental. I had already pre paid online. This was the only place I used my card and next day there were 3 fraudulent charges on my account two from Chili’s and an online purchase for shoe carnival. We do not eat chilis nor shop at that store but my card was used at the chili’s in Conroe which is not far from la Quinta. As an online purchase twice!!! Again this was the only place I used my card!!! Please be careful
The value here meets your expectations. It isn't fancy, nor will it blow your socks off, but it is a nice, clean hotel that is great if you need a place in Conroe. I was there for a wedding, so I didn't do much exploring. Everything was already sorted as I was in the wedding party, and the hotel was 4 minutes from the wedding venue. For my purpose, the hotel was great.
The staff is very friendly. It was my daughters birthday. Front desk Kayleigh,I think was her name, was exceptional. Very nice. Very helpful. Room was great for the price. Only complaint which was nothing to do with the hotel, was the weather was extremely cold and windy so we weren’t able to enjoy the pool as much or the balcony at all.
I liked the hard floors in the room. No creepy carpet. The shower with shower doors was nicer than a shower curtain. The shower might be a bit narrow for a larger person to turn around. Looks like the hotel had a recent remodel. Everything looked new.
Plenty of parking, with available Handicap ♿️ parking. Hotel was clean with helpful employees, Tyler was very helpful. Breakfast was good, plenty of options. Texas shape waffle 🧇 was very cool.
Not trying to be a Debbie downer but the amenities, room, and everything wasn't necessarily up to par with other hotels I've stayed at for the same price.
