Check in was complete chaos.
Check in was complete chaos. No one was there when we arrived, they did not email us information the day before with code for door lock. We waited for ever for someone to arrive then they put us in a room we didn't book. The day after check in we got the email with unit number and door code. There was construction going on right outside our apartment all week waking us up every morning and continuing loudly until 4pm daily. Also did not keep the pool clean. Tried to contact someone at management office about a partial refund for all the inconveniece. but hasn't returned our calls.

The staff members were amazing from checkin through checkout. I had a bout of insomnia and Wen (or Gwen?) went out of her way to help me find what I needed to make another cup of coffee AND made one for me to take up to my room. I had a fantastic and interesting conversation with her during the early morning hours which made me feel at home!

Boca Raton is a great city to visit, just not this hotel.
Boca Raton is a great city to visit, just not this hotel. There a places to visit like the beaches, the new boat ramp park, gumbo limbo preserve, Spanish river park, mizner park shopping area, as well as town center mall. Public Transportation is accessible. You have buses and trains that run in and out. If you are an outdoors person, then the nightlife is great.

Noisy Wall AC it was like Airplane take off Could be improved They really have to update their beads (mattress etc) I didn’t use any of kitchenette items but really needed updates Same in bathroom useable but needed updates Same with sofa (had an white sheet on top ) Looks not nice!!! Maybe not the best for kids but it was great for me and my girlfriend to get away for a week. We loved it . Even the surrounding area had tons of places to eat, drink, and relax at. We will definitely be back.

The 2 bedroom upgrade appartment was clean and spacious for a family of 4. It was decorated in a "marine or beach" theme. The kitchen had all we needed to make food during our week long stay. Heated pool was amazing and the property was a short walk from the beach (10 min +/-). Management gave clear instructions on how to enter the property and communication was excellent. Our room was spotlessly clean with all the amenities you could ask for. Super comfortable bed, relaxing pool area, plenty of free parking. Very safe surroundings within walking distance to an ice arena ( even in Boca Raton) and a small lake with water fountain that you can walk the circumference. We truly enjoyed our stay here!!

I did not use the pool or go to the restaurant; I was only there for three days and had to work off-site. I like Boca Raton and will stay at the Wyndham again. The staff, Brandon and Josh, were friendly and welcoming.
