The bed was comfortable, the location was quiet. Pet fee of $10, deposit of $50, the price of the room itself was affordable. For the most part, the property is clean and well maintained. Great lighting in our room. There were working plug-ins on either side of the bed, and we could connect our Nintendo to the TV for some after work gaming. Not a bad stay.

The front desk gentleman on night shift was very nice. It was very late, we were greeted with a smile, taken care of quickly and efficiently. The shuttle driver!!! He was exemplary in every way. He left his pickup order at Sam’s Club because he said, “the order was not ready, and I didn’t want you to wait to get back to the airport and be late. That’s too stressful!” Oh! I nearly cried with thankfulness! I wish I could remember these two gentleman’s names, they absolutely exemplified hospitality and kindness. I appreciated them more than I could ever say.

With the aid of our phone navigation we got around fairly easy, there are some crazy drivers you have to watch out for, there were plenty of earteries in the area, we love shopping goodwill, the bin stores, pawn shops which were plenty, we also found an Outlet mall which was awesome!!! We ate at On the border, IHOP, Texas Roadhouse, Tuckers Onion Burgers and Schlotskeys... went to Dicks Warehouse and Bass Pro!

TRASH TRASH TARSH in my opinion if you enjoy the hood with homeless crack heads and god awful motels like super 8 that have broken chipped furniture, rusty screws holding the handles in the tub and worst of all peeping Tom cut outs in the wall behind the vanity mirror then this is the atrocious place for you!

The Sheraton Hotel is located in the perfect spot in Downtown OKC. We had an awesome time exploring Asian cuisines and stopped by a boba tea shop. Parking was $10 for 24 hour and it worked great. We went from the parking ramp directly to the elevator and to our floor. It was quick and simple.

Oklahoma City has grown up since the '90s.
Oklahoma City has grown up since the '90s. The canal boats, Bricktown restaurants, novelty shops, sports, and more offer a variety of family entertainment without long trips from wherever you're staying.
There are also a variety of bars, including breweries, theaters, and local concerts to give couples a nice night out in a safer-than-average environment.
Dallas is three hours away. Turner Falls is around an hour away for an Arbuckle Mountain visit. The WinStar World Casino and Resort is one of the largest ones in the United States. It is roughly a two-hour trip and well worth it.

OKC is a place that is working hard to be a more...
OKC is a place that is working hard to be a more cosmopolitan city. I lived there for 3 years leaving in 2007 . I really appreciate the work this city has done, remarkable and worth of paying a visit. Small, but clean, beautiful and tidy. With a lot of culture worth to experience
Really I didn’t like the location we were at the 2nd floor but my aunt stayed in 3rd floor and the whole floor smelled like cigarettes smoke that made me uncomfortable already and then In the 2nd floor was a guy walking around with a beer in his hand that was so ghetto I could go on and we left my sons sandles amd the housekeeping said they did not find anything in which we know that’s a lie I would not recommend this hotel to anyone we come to visit my daughter a lot there in Oklahoma City we will not come back at all.
The location was optimum for where I needed to be. It was by far the best choice. The breakfast buffett was the best I have ever experienced, both days and was open at 6AM. Eggs, breakfast meat, potatoes, waffles, small & large, blueberry muffins, bagels and toast, hard boiled eggs, several flavors of yogurt - regular and greek, oatmeal and toppings, cereal, several different juices. The hotel is fairly new in appearance, and very clean. Rooms and bathrooms were very nice.
Great location: very close (5-7 minutes by Uber at a price of ~7-8 dollars) to Bricktown and the River boat District. The room was clean and comfortable. The gym had everything I needed to workout. Even the breakfast was much better than in other similar places I have stayed recently. I made a road trip from Chicago to Austin, so I stayed in 9 hotels and this was definitely the best. I totally recommend this place. Great deal in price-quality
The announcement on booking said that it included breakfast and they did not provide breakfast, they had a notice that there was no breakfast, I only stayed one night because I did not like the hotel, the room smelled of cigarettes, and they did not return the money I paid for two nights, also the receptionist when I checked out she told me that she did not have a system and that later she would check out for me
The staff was excellent
The young man that took my luggage to the room and parked my vehicle in the hotel parking area was outstanding
He also took my luggage back the next morning and had a great attitude
The front desk was very efficient
Your hotel was very clean and the room was perfect size
I think the Ambassador is an outstanding small hotel
Very good place for the price (one of the cheapest I saw when searching):
- Nice front desk people and fast check-in and out
- Room was large, clean and comfortable, with TV, fridge, microwave and coffee maker
- Heater/AC worked correctly
- Plenty of parking
- Very good price/quality
- Close to downtown
All around, a very good stay
I have stayed at the Oklahoma City Avid location before my experience was great. I had to change my reservation for these dates to Avid in Tulsa on S Mingo. I would’ve preferred boiled eggs. The elevator was a shaking a little . The pillows were a little uncomfortable. The fire alarm continued to flash in my room which disrupted my sleep.
The location is at East Bricktown, not far from a tram station. There are pretty good restaurants around the hotel. The room is large and clean, like a small apartment. The staff are helpful. I arrived at the hotel on Christmas Day and had a fancy dinner in the hotel.
Hotel was cheap. Room was nice for the price.
Was near another location I've previously stayed at,so it made it easier to find & made it easier to know what was around & made it easier to get back to the hotel being in that area.
The location exactly met my needs. My room was very clean & had everything I needed. Staff was very capable and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Best hotel experience I have had in a while & at an outstanding price!
When I'm in Oklahoma City this will be my go to hotel! Possibly the best hotel in town. Great facilities, pool, hot tub, gym, rooms are fully equipped. I'm astonished at the value and service. Breakfast also.
best cheap room in town. my lady and i love our getaways to the 'motel sex' when we would like a night out of our regular digs this is usually where we go, mostly because its right near my job.
Location for Bricktown and the train station both excellent. The hotel has a lofty atrium and nice interior lifts. Rooms are spacious and the bed comfortable. All this at a great price.
- Free breakfast every day!
- Very inexpensive, but nice and clean hotel
- Only 5 mins to the airport
- A lot of restaurants around
- The room was big and clean with nice hot shower
