Free breakfast every morning, but it was the same choices every morning. Pool was nice and they provide pool towels. Clean. Bed was OK. Shuttle service to the airport and the mall was mostly available whenever needed. We discovered that we didn't need the shuttle to the mall as there was plenty of free parking in the East parking ramp. It is close to the mall, which was convenient for us.

Our room was clean, bed was comfortable too. I inadvertently picked a hotel right near the airport, they flew directly over the hotel to get to the runway. But, we slept all night without hearing the planes. 😁

The breakfast was great, the staff was friendly and helpful, and I was grateful for the complimentary shuttle service to the Mall of America. The rooms were clean, and they had a fridge and microwave which is important for my family when we travel. If I had to pick one negative thing, it would be that the beds were not as comfortable as I would have expected.

Everyone at the hotel made our trip enjoyable with their hospitality and kindness. The room was great and the size gave our daughter room to move around and enjoy herself with two tvs and essentially a living room attached. We weren't there long enough to take advantage of every amenity but what we did was amazing.

Bloomington is great for the Mall of America.
Bloomington is great for the Mall of America. Before you go, check the details of the things you want to do. Sometimes the instore deals will be better than buying ahead if you bundle activities. Costco has Nickelodeon Universe bracelets that are a good deal, 2 for 69.99. Definitely bring more money than you anticipate. The mall prices are higher than other areas. Plan to spend roughly 35$ per adult per meal for normal meals and about $15-$20 for kids. Get SeaLife tickets online to use a coupon.

Uber did not show this hotel accurately, and our driver began by heading for the Hyatt downtown. The hotel should contact Uber, and make sure they are on ride-share platforms as the A
IRPORT Hyatt Place hotel. Or make the address prominent enough that it's easy to answer Uber's request about the hotel address. This cost us some extra money.
Apparently the shuttle policy (Once at the top of the hour) was still being implemented, and the shuttle driver was trying to follow one set of rules, while requests were coming from the airport for shuttle pickups. The once per hour thing doesn't really work for travellers arriving at the airport. (And MLPS airport is very confusing for finding the hotel shuttles!)

The 2 double beds are too small, there should be 2 queens.
The 2 double beds are too small, there should be 2 queens. Our toilet was wobbly and sometimes didn’t stop running. . The heater was broken, the fan wouldn’t shut off. The bathroom floor and walls need replacing. The patio door didn’t lock!!😳😳

I would not recommend this location to anyone.
I would not recommend this location to anyone. The first impression of the raggedy parking lot is a bad first impression. And so was our stay. The first room offered, the TV didn't work, the phone had no dial tone and one of the lamps didn't work. Our room was never cleaned, nor trash emptied, nor towels replaced from Friday to Monday. We requested clean towels and put out our own trash. I would never stay here again, nor recommend this location to anyone! I stayed at a different location in August and I thought that it was the same location, until I arrived and was so so disappointed!
The lobby/restaurant area was beautiful. The staff was wonderful, had a little mixup with my reservation and they kept me calm with their kind demeanor as we worked it out.
I never sleep well in hotels and slept like a baby. Blackout curtains were clutch and even in a hotel filled to the brim with hockey boys, halls were quiet.
Cleaning staff was so friendly whenever I encountered them in the halls. And they cleaned and made up our bed (2 night stay) on our full day which i feel like is rare these days.
I liked that there was a door that locked up behind you it felt very safe that way and the only way you could get in to the lobby is if you had a hotel key. It was clean but it was a bit old like it wasnt really updated i guess that would be the best way to explain it. For a one night stay or even a few nights it is a decent place to go especially for cheap. The staff was nice at least the two i met while i stayed for the night.
This hotel is super close to the MOA and airport. We stayed for a night for a getaway and visit the mall. It was a super clean and welcoming hotel. Great staff, room size, and amenities. Have a little area on site to buy snacks and drinks. Absolutely loved the options! Pool and hot tub area was very nice. Room was large and quiet. Free parking. If need to stay in the area again would go back!
The free shuttle between the airport and mall of America was great and the staff were so friendly. particularly the lady checking me in. Unfortunately that’s the only positives. The room and the hotel generally were very dated - the window was missing it’s seal so you could literally hear everything outside. I think the whole hotel needs a bit of a revamp!
this is a pretty hotel with a great complementary breakfast and the breakfast seating area is spacious and well run, room was pretty, nice tvs and dressers, generally clean, bathroom well stocked, pool and workout room times extended till midnight.
midnight which is awesome, overall hotel seems spacious and clean and well run, staff were very professional
Very nice hotel with signs of deferred maintenance, like patches on the walls, discolored grout, knicks on wood furnishings, towels with holes in them in the pool area, and sometimes running out of supplies and food. In general, very nice stay and place, just not keeping on top everything 100,%. Would still go back though.
Probably one of the best hotels I've stayed in meanwhile travelling and staying close to the Airport. I had only 1 night here, but for sure this hotel is amazing. The beds are super comfy, the room is huge, the kitchen is perfect and the location to the mall was ideal. If I am ever back here, for sure I will book it again.
The pool was nice, it was open all day there was no strict timelimit like other hotels. There was coffee for free all day. It's a 5 - 10 min walk to the mall even though there was a lot of snow and ice on the floor at the time. The room was very nice and clean and very spacious. It had a very modern design to the room.
The room was beautiful and very comfortable. The staff were great. The location was amazing because it connects with the Mall of America which has loads of stores, activities, and food. I enjoyed everything about it. The hotel and rooms were very clean. The lobby is beautiful and has a comfortable area to hangout in.
From check in to check out, hotel was very busy however staff still made everyone feel comfortable and we were never ignored! Everyone spoke I absolutely love they they accommodated our request for a high floor, we checked in early, food is always good
The free breakfast was very good, even featuring hot items (waffle machine, eggs, sausage). The room was clean and comfortable, with every amenity. The location is good, it's in a large complex of hotels.
The hotel is very close to (walking distance) from MOA. The room/bathrooms were pretty decent size. The parking and amenities were pretty good. IHOP and couple of places to eat around the hotel.
Breakfast adequate but i would expect more from a BW.
No actual restaurant or bar i would expect from a hotel of this type/size but it seems to be the norm these days.
The perfect location for the skating competition at the Bloomington ice garden.
We enjoyed going to mall of America, Japanese garden and minnehaha waterfalls.
