Location, staff was very friendly and nice. Everything we could have needed was located on the property and there was no traffic hardly down Miracle Strip Parkway. Best burger was at the Manatee’s bar & grill that was attached to the hotel. Music playing at the pool was nice. Our favorite place to stay at in Fort Walton for sure. We got an early check in and also an early check out. Felt very safe too.

I like the pool and how clean it was. I also liked the balcony overlooking the pool and the marina. I also liked how there was furniture outside to have meals at. I loved the inside decor and the kitchen was very useful and had everything we needed to make our meals. The price of the room was reasonable

    Fort Walton Beach wasn't as crowded as Panama City Beach.

    Fort Walton Beach wasn't as crowded as Panama City Beach. We enjoyed our stay and the proximity to restaurants and souvenir shops. We enjoyed eating at The Crab Trap nearby; which also had souvenir shops in the same building. Stewby's Seafood Shanty was directly across the road from where we stayed and the food was wonderful! You need to go early to beat the dinner crowd! The only downside was the construction nearby that made traffic an ordeal.

    Our visit to Fort Walton was great.

    Our visit to Fort Walton was great. The traffic was extremely manageable, making access to local attractions a breeze. The beach was great-the sand was soft, having virtually no broken shells underneath one’s feet, which made walking on the beach very nice. I would definitely recommend!

    We love the Fort Walton Beach/Okaloosa Island area, much prefer it to Destin. It's more laid back. The beach is clean, It's not quite as crowded. The area is fairly easy to get around. Lots of beachfront lodging options to choose from. We've been several times over the years, and will continue to come back.

    We spent much of our time on the beautiful beach relaxing. The water was a little chilly but that didn’t stop us from enjoying the sun and breeze. There are numerous places to eat within walking distance including Stewby’s! Great food!

    Not much access to the beaches unless you stay at a Resort.

    Not much access to the beaches unless you stay at a Resort. Feels like you are committing a crime to access a beach. And that’s the entire point of going to Florida Beaches. The coast of parking is insane. Florida used to be a tourist spot, it just doesn’t feel that way anymore.

    The hotel side was nice, but the whole area itself looked a little distressed a lot of road construction traffic on bridges 45 minutes plus to get across lots of restaurants closed up or out of business food itself was average nowhere in your exceptional even on expensive menus just average and some very below that seem to be highly rated by others Stewbys Sea Food for one. Parking lot is small….but the lines move fast. …. Food seemed to be precooked as it was all cold. Had ok flavor but for the price I’m underwhelmed. And it was a top pick.😎 Best place we ste was the Donut Hole…in Destin during the week late morning was awesome brunch great coffee. Cracklings was good but coffee was not…..very bitter. Getting around was a night mare with all the construction. Late morning early afternoon was best.

    we are really enjoyed staying at this hotel... Lots of interesting things, large beautiful well-kept territory, there is something to do for people of different ages. I want to note the good breakfasts and wonderful evenings with live music. When we arrived, we were met by the administrator Jackie... She introduced us to the hotel, explaining and telling us everything in detail. A wonderful person and a competent specialist! You definitely want to come back to such people and such places! 😇
