We were entertaining grandkids so looked for activities that they would enjoy. The Arizona Boardwalk was an excellent choice. There were a lot of activities if a little expensive. The Organ Stop in Mesa was a major hit with our kids. A bicycle ride along a desert trail yielded some spotted wildlife. The kids enjoyed seeing a roadrunner and a rattle snake especially. Traffic is horrible but I was expecting worse. The water park was also a big hit. It is connected to the Hilton resort.

Phoenix is a great city. Restaurants are wonderful.
Phoenix is a great city. Restaurants are wonderful. Lots to do in the museum district with its parks, exhibitions, and friendly people. It's better staying downtown. Definitely avoid the airport area as this is not safe. Grand Canyon is wonderful but a +4 hour drive.

Downtown has been under road construction for years.
Downtown has been under road construction for years. Parking and navigation are a nightmare. There is a homeless problem. I was approached by aggressive panhandlers continually. Uncared for mentally ill people wander this area in large numbers. Parking and hotel rates are now unaffordable. Surrounding areas such as Flagstaff and Anthem are much more comfortable and safe.

We went for a baseball tournament in Tucson, but flights were cheaper to Phoenix. Airport was really busy and a little confusing. The airtram destinations to get to the rental car place were not clearly marked to pick up the rental car, but returning rental car was very easy. We enjoyed some sightseeing at the Hole in the Rock park. Very nice with awesome views! Easy "hike" - about 5-10 minutes to the top with steps. Only 10 minutes from the airport. If in town only for a little bit, it was a quick and easy, but well worth it, sight-seeing trip.

We visit AZ almost every year and usually stayed at Chandler or Tempe. Embassy Suites by Hilton Pheonix Scottsdale is by far the best we ever stayed in the Pheonix area. Had a top floor room with a fantastic golf course view. Breakfast was awesome with fresh pancakes, waffles and eggs made to your desire. It is a great place, the staff and guests in the hotel were just so friendly, nice and wonderful. We spent 6 memorable days in Embassy Suite and will be back again next year.
Plenty of parking and easy to find on arriving into Phoenix downtown.
About 20 mins walk to the main socialising areas Roosevelt Row etc) which would be too much in high heat. Within walking distance of the tram (to get to the Heard etc), but it’s a few blocks.
Good breakfast options given it’s included. Included waffles and bagels.
Rooms spacey, clean and comfy.
Staff were really lovely and welcoming.
They have a shuttle bus but we didn’t use it.
The staff was very nice. The room was big and fairly clean, and the bed was fine. There was much variety at breakfast. The hotel has plenty of parking spots. We felt that the hotel was too expensive for what it offered, but still it was the best deal one could get in Phoenix. So, as long as one doesn't have high expectations, the hotel is good enough for a night's stay and a decent breakfast included in the room price.
This hotel is fine for passing through Phoenix or if you are out all day and just need a place to sleep. There is nothing else in the area except for other hotels and fast food, so it's just a place to sleep in my opinion. The guests/people who are hanging around there are a little questionable, but other than a drab all-male all-worker type atmosphere, there was nothing out of the ordinary at the hotel.
Very nice, modern, and luxurious! The location is fantastic and we had a great view of downtown Phoenix. The bathroom was definitely the best part of the room! The staff were nice and professional. They had ample amenities available and had anything you can think of in case you forgot. They also had a nice texting feature in which you could text the front desk for anything! Very convenient :)
Madalyn, at the front desk (downtown Phoenix) was amazing I was super impressed with her!! I did not have a chance to enjoy breakfast at your place. I stayed in room 2134 and the nozzle to the shower, (how to turn on the water), was very very loose, I thought it was gonna fall off..... I really thought the nightlights around the bottom of my bed, were an added bonus!!!
I was in Phoenix only as a stopover to the Grand Canyon. So the closeness to the airport was important for me. The shuttle bus service is great and useful.
The hotel is very clean and the room was amazing, I wish I could have stayed more in there.
The free breakfast is rich and well managed.
It was a convenient hotel for our needs (to stay close to the airport and not spend much since we had to leave really early).
The room was better than expected honestly, given the reviews I had read, and clean enough. Nothing special but okay.
Having the shuttle for the airport was great.
The bedrooms were comfortable, my room had a great view of downtown Phoenix and the mountains in the distance. The location is phenomenal. It sits right above Roosevelt Row, thus has access to many of Phoenix's best restaurants, coffee shops and bars within walking distance.
I loved the bed, super comfy, the shower, and the decor of the room. The room itself though, was small. The location of the hotel was perfect, almost centrally located between Glendale and Scottsdale. The pool area was great just need to drink choices that are more basic.
A very nice and comfy hotel located next to a freeway and with easy access to Phoenix downtown and beyond. There is a small but decent swimming pool, which is a bless in the heat of July Arizona. Complimentary breakfast was a plus - not super varied - but on a plus side.
This was an amazing hotel, it was clean, well organized, comfortable, modern and well cared for. the room had a full kitchen, a washer/dryer and a really nice walk in shower. Truly a luxury experience. 100% will use for every trip to Phoenix!
The Embassy Suites, Phoenix Biltmore is a beautiful hotel. We were checked in by friendly staff and very efficiently. Our room was clean and the beds were comfy. The pull out couch wasn't great, but not bad either.
This hotel has the best view of downtown Phoenix. It’s located near many restaurants that are walking distance from the hotel. The best parts for me was the 24 hr security and the ev charging stations
Excellent hôtel. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice. Great location near airport. Lots of space in breakfast area. Room was big with a good layout.
