Great base for touring northern Arizona, excellent quantity and quality of food options, friendly people everywhere we went, great natural beauty everywhere you look. We visited the Lowell Observatory, the Grand Canyon, Meteor Crater, the Petrified Forest, Walnut Canyon, Wuptaki Natl Monument, Montezuma's Castle and Sedona all from our Flagstaff base. Flagstaff was clean and easy to navigate.

Flagstaff is a beautiful place!

Flagstaff is a beautiful place! Within easy reach of the Grand Canyon and connected by bus to other destinations. The local public transport was excellent, very good restaurants and cafes, and the people were lovely. Our favourite place was The Late Train cafe.

I went to NAU here 50 years ago, so I've seen the immense growth over the years. Route 66 is always a joy to drive and experience around Flagstaff. Many restaurants and places to visit when you have time.

I loved the whole place was very warm and staff was great.

I loved the whole place was very warm and staff was great. Left something in room & when I realized I called the hotel and came back staff did a great job in finding it for me. Ice machine was out of order on my floor but there was another one downstairs. Not a big deal. Overall I would definitely return

Hiking Buffalo park, then walking old downtown, and stopping...

Hiking Buffalo park, then walking old downtown, and stopping at Pato Thai Cuisine for supper were good experiences... one or two blocks shut down and tents for "special events" was nice. Parking was "unfriendly"

I was charged 300 USD, cuz they said I damaged sheets, but I didn’t… I have very a lot of living experiences in flagstaff, this is my first time living in here, Kings house, and this is my first time being charged for the damage, But I always kept everything good before I left, it’s a horrible experience, everyone should be very careful about this hotel.

Location very convenient for Downtown. Staff excellent - friendly, efficient and helpful. The room was spacious and extremely well-equipped - everything was clean and worked. The General Manager, who checked us in (he saw a queue and stepped in) gave us an excellent dinner recommendation. Would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Flagstaff.

Perfect in all aspects! Very comfortable, clean. The room is very comfortable and tidy, with high-quality bedding and comfortable beds; the pool is excellent. The duvet was made of real down and was of very high quality. The hotel is surrounded by a pine forest. I would like to come back again. Nice lobby
