The location was great. There was a seaside balcony that looked right over the beach - high enough to see over the crowd. Top floor of building had views of miles of beach and ocean.

Everything was perfect. The amenities were very nice and the staff were extremely helpful. Evelyn even helped us pick out a restaurant at the nearby Old Florida Fish House which was fantastic. I would 100% recommended this hotel. It was a great value for the price.

The unit was located near a variety of excellent restaurants. We enjoyed the delicious seafood. We also enjoyed the wonderful view of the Gulf from the balcony. Beach access was very easy. The unit was very clean and comfortable.

I like having a door code so I don't have to meet in person with someone and we can arrive at our leisure. The location is incredible as are the views. The unit was well-stocked with what we needed, but just the basics. I really like that the until provides beach chairs. The description is incorrect in the listing and says Memorial Day-Labor Day. It also has an incorrect number for the chair service. I tracked down the correct number and found out that chairs are included in April as well - a great perk.

    We liked the property and the location was really good, easy access to the pool and the beach, shops and local restaurants. The property had lots of space and was very clean and had everything you needed (don’t expect too much upon arrival get the basics before you arrive).
