The food was good but , I think there should be more options for visitors that are vegetarians or vegan besides a tone of carbs . Also , overly cold in the conference rooms . All in all my stay was amazing . I couldn't ask for a better stay .

The front desk staff was excellent. I didn't have any contact with the other staff. The housekeeping was not that good. Generally the room was well made up but there was a left over to-go container on a shelf in the bathroom from a previous guest, they did not replace the plastic liner in the bathroom, and most of all, the halls were not well vacuumed. Facilities wise, the shower control was extremely sticky and I had to pull on it so hard I thought I might break it. The shower did not drain properly and someone had unscrewed the drain cover probably in hopes of getting proper drainage. I let the front desk know when I checked out. The location is wonderful and generally it was a decent Holiday Inn. I realize that housekeeping is tough and often overworked or understaffed, but it is noticeable. Breakfast was as expected and there was plenty of coffee.
