The location was perfect—close to local attractions but still peaceful and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! United StatesThere was a lot to do for a family. We had kids ages from 2-7 and all enjoyed just as much. Morgan at the front desk was super friendly and made the check in process easy. Accommodations were made for adjoining rooms and we couldn’t be happier. Our 5 year old got to have a big sleepover with his cousins and he loved his surprise. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. We really appreciate it.

We really enjoyed Lake Geneva, we went golfing, took a boat tour on the lake, and visited an old Church they turned into a Brewery! It was a very relaxing trip. I think 3 days was just the perfect getaway. The food at Olympic Family Diner, Lake-Aire Restaurant and Lake City Social was great!!

Lake Geneva is always beautiful.
Lake Geneva is always beautiful. Sadly we visited on the weekend where they had a very bad storm and three children died in the storm. It was a very sad weekend. You could not go alot of places because the power was out. Our hotel had power and Lake Geneva had power. We could not go to Fontana or to Mars restaurant on Lake Como

I enjoyed my living quarters.It was spacious and had everything I look for in a resort. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, and the semi private patio was a plus, the shuttle was nice also just wish it would have taken us to some of the popular places around.

I love coming to Lake Geneva, what I do not like is the price for parking and they will give you a ticket if you are not careful with timing. I feel that with all the money I spent in their city, parking could be free

Love traveling to Lake Geneva for winterfest.
Love traveling to Lake Geneva for winterfest. It’s amazing to watch the transformation of the snow sculptures from day to day. The ice sculptures are also very cool. Lots of great restaurants in area. This was our third Winterfest trip and plan to go again.

Lake Geneva is a great location if you’re looking to bring family group of friends, couples or solo the property itself in the amenities are amazing. The staff is wonderful and the views are stunning. There are many choices of things to do on and off the property spa skiing golfing waterpark services. There is a local grocery store and food market close by within driving distance if you’re from Chicago or Milwaukee, Wisconsin is a short drive-in if you’re from Northwest Indiana or you’re from Michigan not too bad of a drive but also an interesting location to come and see.

It is a hotel that has everything—restaurants, a spa, an indoor pool, and an on-site Starbucks. The location and price are excellent. The room is quite spacious and features everything you need for an excellent stay. You can buy $30 passes for a water park located very close to the hotel. They offer a shuttle service to take you there.

The hotel is in the middle of town and only a few minutes walk from the city centre. It has free parking so you can leave the car for your whole stay. The room was large and very comfortable with everything that you might need and wonderful fluffy towels. The breakfast was wonderful with a great range of options.
