The location is perfect. If you don't have mobility issues, you can go by walking to the main point in downtown.

The hotel's location is great — you can pretty much walk anywhere from there, and there are lots of bars and restaurants just a few blocks away. The staff was very friendly and polite. If you're visiting in the spring or summer, you can borrow one of the hotel's bikes and ride around Chicago. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. The toiletries smelled amazing. I didn't use the gym and saw that the pool was closed, so if you're interested in using the facilities, it's best to check in advance to see what's open

The hotel staff was very polite and helpful, especially Bhavna who was at reception was so courteous and prompt, hence would really appreciate her behaviour.

The location is amazing. I really enjoyed having breakfast at the adjoining restaurant Land & Lake every morning. The service was impeccable and we felt really taken care of. The hotel is beautiful and clean and was a wonderful home for a few days.

My 7 y/o son and I stayed for 8 nights. It was such a perfect experience. Beautiful, exceptionally clean and centrally located. Every employee made sure we were taken care off. The room was very spacious given it’s in the middle of the city - and the view was amazing. Their free breakfast was also over the top. I was impressed how every employee took their job so seriously. We felt special! And every day they cleaned our rooms, even when we didn't ask.

When I booked on-line, it was a double room meant for person with physical disabilities which I did not need. When I arrived to check in, I was given a better Room for 1 with a King Bed and the view was awesome. I 🥰that they had Shuttle Service as this was my first visit to Chicago and O’Hare Airport.
