They gave us one of the furthest rooms possible and they saw that my mom had a Walker and couldn’t walk so far. Plus I had to take all our luggage myself to the furthest room possible. We saw that there were other available rooms and they had to give us the furthest. The fish restaurant and the free breakfast was really good

We stayed at this hotel the night before our cruise so if you are trying to plan the same type of stay here is some info I think will be useful. We took an Uber to the hotel from MCO ( $68 and took maybe 40 min). The hotel provides a shuttle to your cruise port ( $15/ person). There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance from the hotel. From fast food to “nice” restaurants, you won’t have a problem walking to get food. There is also a grocery store that’s an easy walk from the hotel ( maybe 6-7 minutes )for things you may have forgotten for your cruise. The beach is also an easy walk away ( maybe two blocks). The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. While it’s not new and doesn’t have all the bells and whistles of a new hotel, as a place to rest and get organized the night before your cruise it is an absolute no brainer for the price and location. If I were coming to cocoa beach for a week this is the first place I would try to stay because of what you get for the money.

A beach town that makes you wanna soak up the sun and surf some waves. Many interesting restaurants and amenities with friendly staff. I loved the beachy relax vibe. Also, it appeared to be dog friendly; wished I knew this to bring my pup! We loved "Salty Sisters bar and grill", we enjoyed both the food and the ambiance; very laid back. Getting around was easy but you do need to have a car for transportation. Definetely bring a mosquito repellent and sunblock! We did the Bioluminescent kayaking and should've done more research about best locations and time for these, we did not see many comb jelly glow and worse I developed an allergic dermatitis to something in the water. Lastly, we visited the "Kennedy Space Center" and one day was enough to see the facilities (though I am not a space enthusiast).

I wouldn't recommend this hotel as it is an older and unkept facility. The room was dirty and not properly cleaned. The bed sunk low and was in need of a new mattress. Old furniture and furnishings in the room. Lamp wasn't working and tv remotes with no back to hold batteries. They had to be replaced.
See pictures below.

Cocoa Beach is a laid back surfer town and is close to Port Canaveral. We stayed here the day before our cruise departure. There are a lot of good restaurants and there is a Winn-Dixie and Publix. The beach is nice and clean.

The rooms were spacious, but the furnature was cheap. The ocean view was good, but rather far away. it was too cold to try the pool. It just wasnt up to to our standards. and there were no pictures on the sight I booked the reservation on.I would not have booked there if there were pictures.

I was only at the hotel one night and it was awful.
I was only at the hotel one night and it was awful. We stayed because it was a short drive to the port. Will not stay again. We had dinner at IHOP, it was not that great. After check-out, we had breakfast at McDonald's. It was as expected. We didn't visit any lical sites.
Our room was in the tower, oceanfront. You really have to be careful when you book though. There are several buildings and the ocean front tower is the only one that is actually on the water. The rest are a lot older and a little run down though perfectly fine for a night or two before a cruise, etc. The breakfast was good both mornings. The beach is fantastic and it is literally right next to Cocoa Beach Pier. There are a few restaurants in walking distance and Publix is across the street, Walmart is a 10 min drive.
Very close access to the beach, the lazy river was fun, rooms were nice. We went down for a cruise, stayed 2 days before it and 3 days after and made y memories. Ron Jon Surf Shop is right by here, Port Canaveral is 10 minutes away. The breakfast was good, with a lot of selection. The hotel had beach wagons, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, surf boards, and beach bikes you could check out for free.
Awesome stay in a little piece of "Old Florida" heaven! Our 2 bedroom apartment with outdoor seating areas made cooking and eating very relaxing. The location, right in the beach, was fantastic! We enjoyed walking the beach, sitting on the beach (with chairs provided), and the beautiful sunrise and sunset! A much needed get away week-end!
location!!! 2-5 min walk to the beach, 10-15 min walk to surf shops, bars, tattoo, etc. 27-30 min walk on the beach to the pier SO worth it. Staff was super friendly, if your room isn’t available they let you park there early to enjoy the beach, etc. while you wait! definitely would book again!
the room was clean and well appointed, the staff on check in was welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. The included breakfast had plenty of options. Coffee wasn't as good as I usually have but all in all the hotel was good value for money and good for our brief overnight stay
Room was fine-clean and large. The beach bar/restaurant was pretty good with outstanding service. And we liked the shop in the lobby for buying coffee, ice creams etc . Great location right on the beach. Not the hotel's fault the weather wasn't great!
We rejected the first room that we were given but were very pleased with the suite that they gave us with a balcony facing the swimming pool, the Cocoa Beach Pier and the beach.
Bautifully located hotel, friendly staff. They helped us very kindly to move to another room because we had to extend our stay and our room was no longer available.
