The breakfast was good every morning your breakfast area was always nice and clean and neat but I had to change rooms the first night because it had a wet ranked smell in my room where the AC at the window was leaking water and had the floor wet and that area near the window so they move me to a new room the next day and the AC at that window had the floor wet all the way out to where the desk and sofa is where you sit in the chair and I walked over there to open the blind and let some sunlight in and my feet was splashing in water and it was cold water at that so I call and reported it and that's the same thing was happening in the first room when I first got there at the hotel and stay the first night and the same thing was in the other room, they got those AC air conditions that's in the window they're leaking water on the floors or water coming in from somewhere in that building It was terrible we couldn't even use that side of the room It was soaking wet My husband got his house shoes soaking wet he walked over there stepped over there by mistake and forgot it was wet over there by the couch and house shoes was soaking wet It was just oh my God and I we didn't want to move again with already moved the first day so we didn't feel like moving our clothes out again so we just suffered through it those other three nights and just let it go but they need to check that AC systems because it's wetting up the floor carpet flooring and it leaving a rank smell in the rooms but it was a pretty nice hotel otherwise The staff was very nice and pleasant and nice to us.

Great location. Close to the T. Close to grocery stores and local restaurants, but still in a quiet neighborhood. Loved it would definitely book this property again.

    Braintree is a very convenient location for accessing various locations in Boston. The Braintree T station and parking garage us just a short drive from the hotel. I highly recommend using the T to visit Boston. There are quite a few restaurant choices near this property and the South Shore Plaza is only a six-minute walk.

    This was the best hotel hands down that I have ever stayed...

    This was the best hotel hands down that I have ever stayed in. Right next to the hotel was an amazing seafood restaurant, and a short trip down the stairs takes you to Ben and Jerrys, Starbucks, a shopping mall, and many other places. There’s also a gas station right across the parking lot which made it super convenient. The hotel was very clean, and offered breakfast, a bar, and deserts among many other choices. The waiting area was beautiful with a bookshelf and clocks of different times around the world. It also had plenty of comfortable seating, and was well lit. The breakfast was delicious and they offered scrambled eggs, muffins, bagels, toast, boiled eggs, breakfast potatoes, sausage, cereal, orange juice, milk and water. The rooms were clean and offered full size bottles of body wash, conditioner, and shampoo. They also had charging docks beside the beds which made that super convenient. A mini fridge and a make up mirror was also super nice! The hotel was outstanding in a nutshell.

    I had a few people tell me to not stay in Braintree that its too far from Boston town center, I felt not true, got on the red line at station within a few miles and jumped right on, no issues, also if you are going to Plymouth, Rhode Island, Cape Cod etc I felt great place to stay and avoid traffic

    Disappointed that the pool/hot tub wasn't available. Surprised that it was pet friendly! Being a dog owner that was a plus and would recommend this place for others who travel with their fur babies.

    Spacious and comfortable rooms and beds, big bathrooms, big fridge, plentiful towels and room service, complimentary shuttle within 4 miles. Location is industrial but the shuttle service made up for that, we used it numerous times to get to the train station, restaurants and the mall. Overall good value for money for a family, and a cheaper option to what’s available around Boston. Was great to visit Boston, Plymouth and Cape Cod.

    I booked the property through booking.com. One the credit card charged I saw the amount charged was over the booking amount. On checking booking.com customer care and submitting the proof of payment, there was no action taken and no clarity on why I was charged more. Looks like booking.com charge and the hotel charging are different. Quite disappointing with the response. Still I haven’t got my refund back.

    Super good hotel, convenient location, spacious room and comfortable bed, everything is great! The receptionist is super nice and helpful, the breakfast has everything we ever needed, free cafe in the lobby all day long. Will definitely stay again.
