We had a very disappointing experience. The place had a bad smell and was noticeably dirty. To make things worse, the customer service was extremely rude and aggressive toward both me and my husband. We felt disrespected and unwelcome. Definitely would not recommend.

    We are avid bird watchers and have wanted to make this trip for 2 years! It did not disappoint! We are planning on returning again. We also visited the Museum of the Gulf Coast. It was fantastic! The biggest challenge in this area(and surrounding areas) are the hotels. Very poor reviews! Just don't know where to stay! 🫤
