Aurora at the front desk was AMAZING!! She helped me get checked in quickly and was even able to give me early check-in which SAVED me greatly since the wedding time was before the 4pm check-in. She's a rock star, super professional and provides great customer service.

This was a perfect location for me for business. The hotel was very clean and modern. The walls are a bit thin, I could hear the couple in the room next to me, but it was ok.

We love the desert. The restaurants are outstanding and everyone is very kind. And overall streets, sidewalks very clean. No place on earth like the desert. We love to eat at Armando's, The Daily Grill, the Grill in Old Town La Quinta. The Illegals and the homeless that’s for sure

We stayed in Palm Desert because we were going to the Powertrip music festival - which was amazing! We did manage to do the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway and also visit the Palm Springs Air Museum - both of which we'd highly recommend visiting. There are lots of restaurants and food chain outlets so more than enough choice to eat out. We liked the California Pizza Kitchen for it's pizzas and reasonable prices. Next time we'd certainly stay longer in the area and see more of the amazing natural sights like the Joshua Tree National Park and also the Salton Sea.

It was the first very hot weekend in June and it might have been too much heat for my grandkids. Thank goodness for the pool and the Aquatic Center. The Living Zoo was an amazing experience, however, it must be seen as soon as it opens.
I will definitely go back to Palm Desert and stay at the Residence Inn, it was a lovely get-a-away from our coastal fog!

Very nice room with super comfortable bed, and a spacious balcony facing the snow-capped mountains. Close to the pool, where the take-out food was good. (It was too cold to swim) I was in Palm Springs for a concert at Acrisure Arena and the drive was very quick. I have stayed in all of the other Marriott Properties in the area over the years and this one was particularly clean, convenient, and the staff was helpful. The only downside-- there wasn't a lot of parking close to my unit but the short walk was fine.

The accommodations you stay in makes the trip even more...
The accommodations you stay in makes the trip even more worthwhile. Palm Desert has everything you need. Manuel was great---answered the phone when I had a question. This place was rated at 3 out of 5 stars. It is easily a 4-5 star place depending on your current style of living--We had a great time-----
I can’t rate this hotel because I couldn’t check in. The not very helpful lady at the reception rejected my two credit cards and left me standing. Then I looked for another accommodation and was able to pay for it with my KK. The next day I received the invoice from this hotel and the debit from my non-functioning credit card. Unfortunately, it is not possible to clarify the matter, as none of the hotel responds to my complaint. I can only say, just don’t book here, that’s a rip-off!
The house was beautiful and set in a gorgeous area. I like that the house was fully equipped and quiet. 2 bedrooms 2 private bathrooms, it's great for a family or 2 couple of friends. There was a small shared swimming pool for 5 or 6 houses and a mini jacuzzi. I think it's great to come for golfing as it's a Country Club, you're already on the spot, but for us it was weird as we just wanted a house located near Joshua Tree park and Palm Springs.
The rooms/ beds were very comfortable, two types of pillows were provided -soft and firm.
The staff were helpful at all times. Breakfast was perfect with lots of choices. A Starbucks, gas station, brewery, Jack in the box and Carls Jnr are all across the street. An appropriate 25 minute drive to Downtown Palm Springs. Pool was great to cool down in but not under cover.
Definitely recommended.
Kim is the perfect hostess: she makes you feel like you are just staying over with her rather than being a hotel guest. The rooms are nice, clean, and well appointed. The pool is a lovely place to sit around or swim in and has fabulous orange trees that smell wonderful. Breakfast is a delight and gives an opportunity to make friends with the other people who are staying over.
Massive room with 2 double beds, sofa, separate bathroom area and a balcony. Decent shower, towels and air con. The pool, beach towels and ice machine were a great touch. We stayed here before and after Coachella festival. The staff let me store a laptop there in between. There's a Subway next door, and an awesome grocery store across the street. Couldn't ask for more.
The unit had plenty of room, very comfortable beds, great linens, all of the kitchen items you’d need and then some, as well as a very nice outdoor space with bbq, fire pit, awnings to block the Sun. It’s pet friendly. The pool is only 75 steps away and was very quiet even on what was a very busy weekend in Palm Desert. Will definitely stay again!
Breakfast was good. Area to have Breakfast was Convenient and Clean. Breakfast hours were very reasonable. Appreciate the variety of items available. Coffee was Flavorful and Hot. Juice was available. …Parking Area was convenient and especially appreciated no charge for parking.
The place was great. Did not see any staff at all during our entire stay, didn't need them either. Wish there was a sofa and chairs in our villa vs just chairs. But over all a great QUIET private place to stay that was cheaper than most hotels in the area for sure!
Lovely house, very well equipped didn't want for anything and in a great position.
Only two issues. We couldn't get air con in bedroom 2 and no TV channels in the same room.
Would definitely stay again if visiting the area in the future.
Fantastic complimentary hot breakfast - the healthiest options I’ve seen at a hotel comped breakfast. Oatmeal, omelettes, soy milk, fresh juices, warm pastries
It's close to quite a few restaurants and d shops. The staff was courteous ans we liked having breakfast in the hotel. The pool and spa are nice enough.
