33 Main was not only extremely comfortable and sylishly appointed, but also well positioned for any exploration of the Berkshires in general. The breakfast at the hotel itself was fantastic, and Lenox boasts several excellent restaurants that we enjoyed in the evenings.

A beautiful western Massachusetts town, very walkable, with nice boutiques and galleries. We visited in October, so some restaurants had closed for the season. We, however,
were fortunate to have an incredible meal at Firefly Gastropub. It was popping the night we were there! We had seats at the bar and were attended by the amazing bartender who must have been wearing roller skates! I highly recommend a visit to the area.

Great town for wonderful restaurants, super quirky shops (and a Judaica store) and perfect location to October Mount, Monument Mount, Great Barrington, Tanglewood, Edith Wharton home, and all the hikes and running trails you could wish for.

If you go to a concert on a Sunday hardly any restaurants are open. If there are any, they don't open until 5 pm which is too late when going to a concert. You need reservations a month or so in advance. No 4 or 5 star hotels. Tanglewood is a wonderful venue to see live music and Canyon Ranch Spa is fabulous

Everything is broken or out of order and the "breakfast"...
Everything is broken or out of order and the "breakfast" that they offer is yogurt, cheap muffins and cheap coffee. The beds are cheap and hard, the pillows are cheap and flat, we didn't have a comforter-we had two sheets and some sort of runner across the foot of the bed. The hair dryer and refrigerator were broken. The advertised pool is empty and filthy. Seriously, there are other hotels that are right around this price point, worth the extra few dollars to pick a different place.

Lenox is a beautiful, historical and authentic town in the heart of the Berkshires that keeps drawing me back. The winding tree-lined roads that lead to the Inns, wonderful restaurants and shops, and classic homes, set amongst the backdrop of mountains, make it truly enchanting.

Lenox is beautiful as are the surrounding areas of Lee, Stockbridge, and Pittsfield. The people were welcoming and the area lovely and quaint. It was our first trip to the Berkshires and to this property but not our last. We enjoyed the countryside, the hiking areas such as Kennedy Park, and the local shops and restaurants. One of our favorite spots was the Starving Artist bistro. The food and service was excellent. We snagged an outdoor table and had lunch. We also enjoyed sitting on our patio at the property listening to the pond and the birds. All equally enjoyable.
We loved the wonderfully warm welcome, and the care every member of staff we met showed towards the guests. They have lots of ideas and suggestions for things to do and see locally, as well as places to eat. Lenox itself is a friendly and welcoming town, with an attractive town centre.
Breakfast was really tasty and lovely that sweet treats and hot drinks were laid out at all times.
Our room was nicely decorated, the mattress was very comfortable and the shower was great.
I surprised my boyfriend and took him here to celebrate his 50th. Not only did it exceed my expectations, but he told me this was the best birthday. The Cornell Inn definitely strongly contributed to his excitement (and mine too!).
Kurt and staff were amazing and went the extra mile to make us feel like valued guests. We commented numerous times that when we are back in the area, we will be staying here again! #kindnessmatters
Friendly staff and we really appreciated the 24/7 tea and coffee with cakes/biscuits on offer. The self serve breakfast offered lovely yoghurts with granola, fresh fruit, toast and a large assortment of muffins etc. An easy going B&B with areas to chill out plus good parking on site. Clean rooms. Well located in central Lenox and well priced for this area.
Realy awesome historic building it’s just fun to explore the whole grounds! And house! Quiet room, I felt really safe. And with a comfortable bed! Clean and up to date facilities. big variety for breakfast!, there’s a little trail to walk in the back. There’s big chess, horseshoes and hammocks! again coolest hotel I’ve ever been it! I was blown away!
Fantastic location in Lenox. The Dewey is a beautiful historic inn and a lovely place to stay. Rooms are very comfortable. We really appreciated being moved to room 12 as the fridge was very useful. Breakfast was simple but adequate, and we enjoyed it. Granola, yoghurt, fresh blueberries, blueberry muffins, bagels and English muffins.
We just needed a place for overnight and this place serviced that purpose. It is definitely a budget hotel but when ranked against some of the other that I have visited, this was definitely a better option. At the time we booked it felt a bit pricey but it may have been because we booked last minute. I would stay there again
Jeff provided the amazing history of the building and fun facts about the area itself which was an added bonus for this lovely property. Our room was immaculate and well appointed, we controlled the heat and air and the staff was eager to ensure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.
The first floor of the Inn is lovely and there are many areas to enjoy if you choose to sit and read or sip a glass of wine. It is within walking distance to downtown Lenox, which is why we chose to stay there. The hosts were very nice, but we will not be back.
Bathroom very clean and convenient. Nice location near Lenox and the Mass Pike. The pond area behind the hotel is wonderful with chairs and offering a very bucolic environment. Staff was pleasant.
Breakfast was great. The grounds were wonderful and the location near the old hill top church and grave yard were superb. Overall, the location, historic setting and hotel interior were awesome!
Location is fabulous. Nature area and small mountains behind the hotel are great. Had some tea and enjoyed unwinding back there.
Hotel is clean. Rooms are comfortable. Bed nice and soft.
Beautiful house. Very warm host. The room was very spacious and cozy. Bathroom may need some update, but everything worked fine.
Nice breakfast, ealking distance to Lenox but up a hill.
Perfect place, very quiet. If you're attending to Tanglewood concerts no place better than this one, you can go walking and you can reach Lenox walking in less than 20 minutes.
I chose this hotel short notice on a budget. Basically on an emergency stay. It was the cheapest hotel available. Valued at $56 plus tax $65 total. (Price)
