It has grown a lot, but central location with access to DART rail system and busses. Firewheel Town Center is full of restaurants, shopping. entertainment. Lot of upscale apartments and condos have been built recently.

Housekeeping needs attention.
Housekeeping needs attention. No trashcan, no extra roll of toilet paper, bed sloppy made, mold in fridge. Most electric outlets didn’t work. Front desk unresponsive to needs. Light bulb on bedside lamp burned out. Room 215. Pool was closed waiting on water sample. Noticed reviews posted in June and July posted pool was closed and gym filthy. I would not recommend this hotel.

Love the downtown area, easy access to DART train and busses...
Love the downtown area, easy access to DART train and busses. Lots of nice shops, restaurants, and cafes. Great shopping district ( Firewheel Town Center). Intrinsic - BBQ restaurant with craft beers in old downtown. Quaint little coffee shop , R&C Coffee, with live acoustic music. Dos Banderas Mexican restaurant is wonderful.Gilbert - 8.0Scored 8.0
Room was great!
Room was great! The only problem I had was when I set up booking one reason for picking this property was breakfast included. Then get there and they say none offered. Wish I had know. Would have chose different motel. Need to change this in booking.

When booking room I was under the impression that hotel had bar and restaurant inside was not up to expectations from pictures. Outside furniture wasn’t in place and furniture was torn. No outside area for smokers in the back by pool area. Sheets and comforters wasn’t clean. Hotel is in a area where expectations wasn’t met. I’m actually requesting a portion of my money back. Went downstairs to smoke, and met a man that was from Shrevport,LA and agreed. He said he would never come back
