everything was a disappointment. The only bright spot was the breakfast lady. She worked hard and was pleasant to talk with.

Room layout was wonderful, not at all cramped.
Enjoyed the Hot tub & Pool
Breakfast relaxed no pressure from staff to move along. Greg at desk was friendly and remembered our names
Not much good about this place.
Bed had blood stains and we had to change our own sheets. No bedding for the pull out but we booked for 3 people. Big stain on the pull out cushion. Went to frontcdesk to tell them I did not think we should have to change out sheets and that the room should not have been Made available until it was cleaned properly. I asked for another room and we went up to that room and it was so smelly we could smell the stink in the hall before we opened the door. We stayed in the first dirt room. The staff was moving furniture in the morning and did not wait for use to use the elevator instead basically went infront of us and made use wait. Only one elevator. Staff did not care. On check out I asked for some kind of compensation for the state of our room and us having to change the sheets on our bed. The staff person did not know how to do that. I ask for the manager. They were not available . I asked for the manager to call me so we could discuss. Never got a call or email. Just don't care. People should be aware and find another place to stay.

Nice property.
Nice property. Everything went well with the exception of a desk clerk with poor customer service skills. We did have a problem with a computer charging station with a USB port that would not release our charger, and the clerk was much less than helpful. Finally found the maintenance man, and he took care of the problem quickly. Cleaning and maintenance staff were outstanding. Generally good stay and quite nice surroundings.

My buddy and I stayed there during Back to the 50’s car show. Chose it because it was far enough away to have cheaper rates. Was pleasantly surprised with the size and comfort of the room. It truly was a good value for the price. We we definitely stay there again.
Tony was great! He was very helpful and inviting. This was our second reservation as the previous hotel we stayed at was terrible. We had a great room right next to the pool and our kids enjoyed the stay! The breakfast was a grab and go bag that had lots of options; cereal, granola bars, yogurts, muffins, juice, soy and regular milk. They also provided 15% off coupons to the restaurant next door!
Room was really clean; so were the facilities. Stayed in the king suite. Bed was very comfortable. Nice shower and bathroom arrangement. Breakfast was good. Folks at front reception desk were very nice... friendly and professional. Dog friendly hotel.
The hotel was beautiful. The staff was excellent. The bar was great, as was the bartender. The beds were REALLY comfortable - A+ for that. Delicious, strong coffee in the morning and free bags of ice in the morning for our cooler!
A beautiful arts and crafts home with a Zen vibe of peacefulness and relaxation.
Amazing amenities with a luxurious king size bed
Centrally located to lakes, parks, and recreation
Coming back again !!
Average hotel room that was clean and had a very comfortable bed. Location is next to the freeway and surrounded by food options, which is always super convenient. Quiet aside from other guests.
The hotel was very nice and very clean. I felt like breakfast should have been included in your stay and the 1 time I tried to contact front desk no one ever answered.
We had to cancel at another hotel at the last minute as their pool was broken and Sheraton was very accommodating. Great pool area and very comfortable rooms.
