Everything. I frequent this hotel when I go to Memphis. It’s very secured, close to a lot of food place and gas stations, the bed was comfy, the room was clean. The black Staff at the bar and dining room were very welcoming. Cyree, Krystal and Corey J were awesome af! I don’t know who the black manager was during breakfast, but she doesn’t not do her job when what I could tell sitting there for 2 hours. Oh! The cookies were awesome as well.

This is our second time visiting Memphis. We stayed within walking distance of the hotel this time around and spent most of it at the hotel or on Beale Street. Beale Street has changed a lot in the past 7 years. They've removed the big, fun guitars on Beale for some reason, and focus seems to have shifted from the blues to more mainstream country music. Dyers Burgers are truly the best burgers we've ever had. We didn't use the trolly system, but it seems like a great way to get around town. Everyone was warning us how dangerous the city was - we didn't experience any danger whatsoever, even after dark. This area is absolutely safe. The police and security presence on Beale St. was amazing and they are a bunch of super fun characters.

Touring Beale Street and listening to the live music having cocktails was great. There is a lot to see on Beale Street and the surrounding area. I also enjoyed going to the pyramid and the look out restaurant they had their food was delicious as well as their cocktails. I was able to walk to most all of the attractions.

We'd heard a lot of horror stories about crime and the danger for tourists in Memphis. Never had a problem and fe!t perfectly safe walking around the area near our hotel on Union Avenue. Walked to Beale Street, went to a club and didn't leave until 1130 at night, walked back to our hotel, never felt in any danger. YMMV....

Unfortunately, we arrived late due to the Greyhound bus with three hours delay. We tried to do everything we planned to do. Would like to have spent more time at Graceland, such as visiting Elvis planes. Sun Studio tour was awesome, Beale St not too impressive. Found the music scene in Nashville better.

I was surprised at the number of medical facilities. I had heard Memphis is one of the most dangerous cities in America. So, I limited my excursions to daytime only. I passed on having to park at a parking garage and having to walk to Beale Street for an evening ghost tour.

For lovers of rock and soul music, it’s a great place to visit. Lots to see and hear. Good bars and restaurants, although food is almost exclusively fried. Peabody hotel with its duck parade is a lovely place to stay, or just visit. Graceland and Sun Studio well worth visiting.
Breakfast was good and adequate to get you going for the day. The room was clean and big enough for 2 sharing. We had a great view over the Mississippi River. The hotel is a block from the "trolley " (tram) which goes down Main Street (and other places) and is cheap...US$2 for an all day pass. We stayed 3 nights which is more than enough time in Memphis. Downtown is a little "sad", however if you get out into the suburbs there are some beautiful properties. The Staff were excellent and helpful.
Staff were v friendly.Kinesha at the front desk was friendly and efficient called up to make sure everything good with room.A lot of staff cleaning all the time.Although not mega close to Peabody &Beale street was walkable.Parking included in my price but if not is$12 per day maybe a consideration for some.Easy access to I40 and a short car journey to Gracelands.Free breakfast was good back to pre pandemic standards.Masks in place in public areas of hotel.Would stay again if ever in Memphis.
The service was beyond my expectation. Karen and Kenneth assisted my daughter and I with check in. Giving m information on near by attractions, educating me on the area, followed up with me to make sure my room was comfortable for me. We were greeted professionally and with a smile. This was my first time here in Memphis and because of their hospitality I will be coming back and staying at this hotel!! Thank your making my stay here AMAZING 🤩
Convenient to highway, restaurants, etc. The outside of hotel was so so but then again most of Memphis was so so with litter. There was a motorcycle group staying at the hotel as well however I felt safe, my room was clean and all of the amenities worked properly. Other than the noise from the interstate I had a great stay and would stay again. The male clerk that checked me and my husband in on Friday was very nice.
We had a corner room with a city view. The hotel was quiet even tho it was fully booked.
We were one block off Beale St. We parked the garage across the street and didn't move until check out. One block from Beale..1/2mile the Puramid Bass Pro, 1 mile from Civil Rights Museum, Amtrak, Memphis HOF, Blues HOF, etc all within walking distance.
We had breakfast room service from Talk Shop..great food and coffee.
Decor is fun and creative, good for families and couples
Location is fine - on outskirts of Memphis but easy to get places by car
Free shuttle service (albeit we did not use this)
Huge, spacious rooms
Nice observation deck on rooftop of hotel
Parking was cheap and convenient
Welcome basket with snacks provided
Free coffee in mornings
Fun whirlpool bath
The location was excellent and the gated parking was on point. All though there was no housekeeping service the hotel staff was ready to meet our request for fresh linens on a timely manner. The room was a nice size with a king bed and I loved the over sized chair and ottoman I will use this hotel again when in the Memphis area.
Gorgeous boutique hotel. In a superb location - easy walk to shops and bars and attractions, and a very authentic downtown vibe. Great design throughout. Room was large and very clean & comfortable. Staff were wonderfully helpful. Easy valet parking. Great bar for cocktails! Breakfast was excellent.
Proper alternative for hotels in a quiet neighborhood at Memphis center. Excellent accessibility to points of interest Graceland, Memphis zoo, Soul music museum, Grizzlies FEDEX stadium and many restaurants. laundry facilities and comfort beds. Home away from home.
A wonderful historic hotel in the heart of Memphis. Beautiful decor and a short walk to Beale street. Staff couldn’t do enough to help us enjoy our stay. Heated pool. Brilliant New Year’s Eve party. Really the only place to stay in Memphis even with the negatives.
I loved that the Hotel was connected to the Amtrak Train Station and The City Of New Orleans Line. I can take the train from any of the stops along the line to Memphis and stay here then take the trolley all over downtown to see many historic sites.
i loved the shower in the room. they had a nice pool area and the view from our room was amazing. you could see the river and the memphis bridge. the hotel was conveniently located by food places and a perfect distance to the river side
Driving back to Austin from Nashville. Stopped in Memphis not knowing the city. This was a great modern hotel. No phones in room, communicate via texts. Modern style rooms well appointed and cool staff.
