When we arrived we were not sure where to park, we called and staff were extremely nice & helpful. When arriving to our room we asked for extra pillow and that also was no problem! They only down fall to this hotel is that the rate I was given on the date of booking was $60 cheaper then what I was actually charge. The receipt I was sent at check out has a $50 parking charge. (Which we were notified about in an email the day before check-in after the time frame they give you for free cancellation & again at check-in.) Then I was charged an additional $60 after check in. The breakfast was good as well.! The overall cleanness and staff were amazing! My girls loved the little kids pool but that was things were billed and disclosed was very unfortunate.

The location was great. Easy to get on highways to explore. I was there for a concert and could walk to the Exel Center and not deal with traffic there. I like the checkin and checkout option through the app on my phone. The room was clean and the blackout curtains were great!

I like the area, close to things and close to the cities but not to close, so if you are a person who likes to be close enough to the city to visit but not in the city this is defiantly a good option. Getting around isn't hard either which is nice. there aren't many food stops that we found but I'm sure if we looked a little more we defiantly could have.

Although traffic in this area is busy, the hotel was easy to get to. The parking area is open and by a beautiful lake. The check-in staff was super friendly and helpful. The woman who ran the breakfast area was so pleasant and friendly. The breakfast was wonderful. It was the best post-Covid breakfast we have had in a hotel. She kept it clean and well stocked.

Facility and room were clean.
Facility and room were clean. The breakfast was sufficient, hot items offered everyday. Price was very affordable. Neighborhood was a little sketchy however I felt very secure during my stay and hotel was close to major roadways for an easy commute. Internet was slow at certain times. I recommend second or third floor room. I stayed 4 nights and would book again.
The Hotel was very clean. Loved that it didn't smell like smoke. Loved that they were very accommodating towards my fur babies. The staff was friendly, especially Ms. Kiki. She was very informative and knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns in a very professional fashion. Thank you 😊
We will definitely be back to stay when we're in town.
I have not stayed at this hotel for more than 5 years and it was totally remodeled. Everything was in great shape, attractive, the staff were bend -over backwards courteous and they kept the hotel very clean and neat . The morning breakfasts were also excellent. Will definitely stay here next time I am in the cities.
The expectations we had for the price we paid, were well below what we actually experienced...a very nice hotel for a very reasonable price! Hot cooked breakfast every morning, friendly, helpful, courteous staff, clean, comfortable room, safe, convenient location. This place is a super value!
Very friendly staff. Breakfast was the best I’ve had at a hotel since Covid! Room was small, but just fine for 2 people. If you need handicap, be sure to request it. Bathroom door is very narrow in a regular room. Bed was firm, pillows so-so.
Old building but they has updated nicely!
It is an older hotel for sure, and fairly dated. However, the room appeared tidy, it was VERY quiet, and the shower had hot water with good pressure. Staff, a European sounding dude, was friendly and helpful. Close to the Myth and food options/shopping, etc.
The location was great; beautiful view of the lake. Hotel was easy to find. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. And breakfast was amazing and delicious. The two workers at breakfast were so wonderful, friendly, and helpful!
Conveniently located in Maplewood near plenty of shopping options, and close to the Myth if you're there for a concert. Room was generally clean. Having a Perkins across the lot is perfect if you don't want to go anywhere for a meal.
The staff is nice, the breakfast is decent, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I really like that they have items available for purchase at the front. I always need water in hotels.
Nice hotel that we booked on the fly. Did not expect that the service was as nice as it was in the hotel. Breakfast was very good, with lot of different foods to choose from
