Didn’t have breakfast. Many places to eat and/or obtain food close by. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, and the accommodations generally were practical and clean. My son was comfortable and happy during the time he was here. I really appreciated that one of the desk clerks loaned my son his own iPad charger for a few hours.

So clean!
Everything was beautiful!
Very safe -had to use room key to get to any floor on elevator.
Staff great!
Best beds and pillows!
Quiet room even though in middle of downtown but we were there on Monday night.
Breakfast had fresh food and fresh fruit! Strong coffee!
No stains on carpet in hallways like all other hotels we stayed in the last week on our cross country and back road trip !
I will be staying in Springhill Suites from now on! Thanks Marriott Bonvoy!
I totally did not mind paying $25 for parking bc it kept our giant lifted truck in a safe parking garage that actually fit!

Not very flavorful, the eggs. Did not like potatoes. We were there @6am so no bananas. Really disappointed in that. The staff was great. She was very friendly.

I like the area, close to things and close to the cities but not to close, so if you are a person who likes to be close enough to the city to visit but not in the city this is defiantly a good option. Getting around isn't hard either which is nice. there aren't many food stops that we found but I'm sure if we looked a little more we defiantly could have.

Although traffic in this area is busy, the hotel was easy to get to. The parking area is open and by a beautiful lake. The check-in staff was super friendly and helpful. The woman who ran the breakfast area was so pleasant and friendly. The breakfast was wonderful. It was the best post-Covid breakfast we have had in a hotel. She kept it clean and well stocked.
It is an older hotel for sure, and fairly dated. However, the room appeared tidy, it was VERY quiet, and the shower had hot water with good pressure. Staff, a European sounding dude, was friendly and helpful. Close to the Myth and food options/shopping, etc.
Nice hotel that we booked on the fly. Did not expect that the service was as nice as it was in the hotel. Breakfast was very good, with lot of different foods to choose from
