I was recently there in March. The location is great my only regret it wasn’t warmer so I could have enjoyed the outdoor opportunities more. But it’s pricey June July and August.

The Studio Cabin was quiet and has a cozy layout with a nice sitting area for reading . The bed was very comfortable.
You can control the heat in the main room and bathroom.
The fireplace was a plus adding to the coziness on a gray, rainy day in early spring. Very good coffee and tea. flavorful simple but good selection for breakfast.
Great location for walking around the village.
The hosts and staff were very friendly making our stay relaxing.
Featuring a privileged beachfront location, this Kennebunkport offers an on-site restaurant with gourmet seafood and cocktails. WiFi access is provided free of charge to guests.

We enjoyed the location even though you must take a car into Kennebunkport. The Goose Rocks Beach was directly across the street and even though we were not partaking in beach activities in October, the sunrises were spectacular from that spot! The neighborhood surrounding the property is well kept, quiet and beautiful for taking walks. I imagine the Inn would be hugely popular in the summer months!
The rooms were clean, bathrooms updated and beds were comfortable. Plenty of toiletries were provided.
The Inn feels much like home, with enough public gathering spots for your group. We enjoyed the fireplace in the morning and evenings. The restaurant, which is situated in the lobby, bustles with locals and visitors each night. We dined there twice during our stay and were well pleased with our meals each time. The haddock was the groups favorite meal of our trip to Maine and Massachusetts.
The staff at the Tides is exceptional in our opinion. From guest services, to the servers and bartenders, and maintenance staff…they were all friendly and helpful. This made our visit seem even more like home!

Breakfast was adequate. The place is so big that we couldn’t figure out how to get from our room to breakfast without going out side.

We got the room in the attic. 45 steps up and if u weren’t careful you would hit you head going up. The carpet was covered in stains. I’m sure the other rooms were better but guessing since we didn’t book directly we got the worse room. Free breakfast left much to be desired.

It was free so can’t complain, but could have had a little more to eat.
Kennebunkport is a quaint seaside village! There is so much character and history in the town - plenty to see and do. Alisson's Restaurant and Batson Brewing are two great places to dine and have a cocktail or two. H.B. Provisions is a quaint store that is a visit back in time. Everything is so easy to get to - most within walking distance. It is a "must see" place!

The food scene in Kennebunkport is amazing. The White Barn in indispensable - bring the budget and be prepared to get wauw'ed. Plenty of other great places, at half the price but still wonderful (Lost Fire (steak) and Rosella's (sushi). Yum.

Enjoyed the 4 mile loop road and nice walk on walkway overlooking the ocean. Had the best warm lobster roll at Mables. Hard to find I found out later in our trip. Take time to visit Ogunquit and Wells just a few miles away.

Can't wait to come back.
Can't wait to come back. Great restaurants and quality shops. Love the leather store (Whiskey leather).
Lots of excellent restaurants.
Not an inexpensive beach trip but preferred over OOB. More for adults, less for kids.

Charming place with lots of history and beautiful location.
Charming place with lots of history and beautiful location. the Kennebunkport Trolley was interesting to both see the sights and learn about the local celebrities. Best to visit on non-holidays and weekends, as parking in the town was difficult and getting a table at a restaurant not easy.

The hotel staff sets the dominant tone of your experience at the establishment and my experience was fun, friendly and fair sailing all the way. After having a few laughs at the front desk and checking in I put on my board shorts and flip flops and walked down to Gooch’s Beach to get a swim in before dinner. The walk down to the beach is beautiful just as a walk but toss in few nice conversations on the stroll to the sand and a few more convo-s on the beach and it adds up to a really great day! Gooch’s is a wonderful swimming beach and the water temperature on that day was FANTASTIC! After the swim, on my walk back to the Kingsport Inn I made a stop at the White Barn Inn Bar-Jeeeeeez is the food fantastic- seriously I just came back from two months in Europe and the food at The White Barn had my eyes rolling around in their sockets. I felt that even though I was underdressed everyone on staff treated me as if I weren’t-which just shows their incredible professionalism. The location is fantastic. The room was super clean and the rooms have a newer yachty kind of stateroom vibe. Thank you Kingsport Inn staff and breakfast lady and delicious waffle lady. It was a very fun time.
LOVED the decor of the room. Awesome. Beautiful bathroom. Housekeeping staff were exceptional--very friendly and helpful. I didn't realize that the hotel is actually like an old-fashioned drive-up motel. We liked that vibe, actually, and loved our river-front chairs, sliding glass doors to the lawn, etc. So that part was great, and I would say exceeded our expectations. Loved the quick drive down to the ocean...lovely views down there, loved seeing where the Bush family entertained heads of state.
Owner operator Rachael was very accommodating and gracious! It’s very rustic and homey, kinda reminded me of Dirty Dancing. Simply decorated it was immaculately clean and updated. The king bed was extremely comfortable and the flat screen was new and in perfect working order. I love the idea of a woman owned and operated business. Although we didn’t utilize, there is a pool and fire pit available. Close proximity to downtown Kennebunkport and a beautiful view across the street. Good value.
Despite its location near Mabel’s Lobster Claw, the hotel is very quiet. Our room (49) was small, but plenty big for two of us. Bathroom is small, but with a wonderful step-in shower. We loved sitting on our balcony overlooking the pond. As COVID breakfasts go, this was better than most—fresh pastries from a local bakery, yogurt and fruit. The overall ambiance is of a small inn or large BnB. Staff was great!
Beautifully decorated rooms with very comfortable bed. Delicious breakfasts; options change daily. Mid-morning and afternoon snacks, tea and coffee station- I was never hungry. Lovely common spaces with fireplace (fireplace also in room). Nice staff, very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Elegant style with beautiful hotel grounds, lots of parking. I will definitely return.
The Harbor Inn has great rooms and lots of common areas to include a killer porch. the owners Bill and Lisa went the extra mile every time to ensure we had an unforgettable stay. Lots of parking at the property. breakfast by the owners was a daily highlight. we WILL be staying here the next time we visit Kennebunkport. Thank you Bill and Lisa for a wonderful stay!
Location is the best in Kennebunkport. The restaurant and bar are excellent. Value for money is not good. I paid $600 for a Saturday in their annex building. Second time they put me here. Very small room with just A Kurig that did not work. You are only paying for the location since you can go to the restaurant and bar without being a guest.
Beautiful Bed and Breakfast just a short walk from the centre of Kennebunkport. The rooms are lovely and the breakfast delicious. All the staff were extremely helpful, a friendly setting which meant we could have a chat with other guests during breakfast. We would definitely recommend the property to anyone staying in this location.
Excellent, lovely location lots of things to see and do in the area.Room clean, excellent breakfast choices and friendly staff.Excellent parking.Kennebunkport brewery company tour worth a visit ,home of Shipyard ales with excellent guide Cameron .
Prime location overlooking the water. Beautifully styled hotel which exceeded all expectations. Our room was incredible, fireplace, reading chairs and the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in. A special place to spend our wedding anniversary.
This property is beautiful for a small motel. I love the place it was super clean, the desk clerks were great friendly and helpful in finding activities. The area Has a quaint Maine feeling. It’s very close to Kennebunkport.
The hotel and staff were amazing.
The hotel is very clean. The views are gorgeous.
We loved the bar. The bar staff were excellent and food were also very good.
breakfast was very nice and had a good selection.
Waldo Emerson Inn is a delightful period B&B located just outside Kennebunkport. Hana is so welcoming and provides delicious breakfasts. Recommend highly for anyone enjoying a New England Road Trip!
