Bed was comfortable.
Bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, I had to make three trips to the front desk before I was able to settle into a room. The first set of keys didn't work and the first room either wasn't cleaned (the bed was unmade) or wasn't empty (I checked in after 9pm). There was a great deal of activity in the lobby after 9am and as a solo female traveler, I didn't feel very safe after three trips to the lobby when anyone watching could tell I was having issues. I wouldn't recommend the hotel.

Cleanliness of room. Booked for king sized bed. Entered our room to two double beds. Arrived around 9 pm, exhausted and grieving because we were there for a memorable service the next morning. To exhausted to deal with the matter. Pearl has limited restaurants unless you like fast food. It does have a WalMart. Kind of a depressed area but then so is most of the other cities around it. There is an outlet mall which is kind of nice. It is ok for a short stay while passing through.ReneeUnited States of America - 10Scored 10

Very cozy atmosphere. First time ever visiting Mississippi, and it will not be my last! We had a wonderful visit with family and friends. The hotel was pet friendly, and it was some amazing animals to talk about. Very welcoming Residence Inn by Marriott.TrudyUnited States of America
