The property is in a good location right off the interstate. This made for a great stop over location with traveling cross country. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice. Plenty of parking and the breakfast was a bonus.

I like West Monroe because my family live in the Monroe area, I come there so I can see my daughter, grandchildren,and great grandchildren Monroe itself is not my favorite place, the traffic in the shopping areas is always is bad and the road layouts are confusing and right down scary, parts of Monroe are dangerous. And it's not very clean.

The altercation that took place at check-in was due to lack of training with the employees when a guests uses outside vendor to make reservation. The swimming pool was the only reason we chose to go there and upon our arrival the pool was close as well as the restaurant so we had to go find a place to eat . Room had dirty towels and soap had blond hair all over it . We were charged twice for the room and didn't receive our refund for a month as once again no one knew how to use a credit card machine . This is by far the worst stay that I have ever experienced at a price that is way over priced and the sad thing is that the pictures on the website are great but the reality is horrible.

Location was easy on and off interstate. Don't fall for the $10,95 breakfast meal. The prices have gone up and they have not updated the information. Get your breakfast at Cracker Barrel right down the street. Only a quarter roll of toilet paper in the bathroom when we arrived. Had to ask at the desk for more. On a positive note though the staff was very pleasant. There seem to be a lot of regulars that stay there since the breakfast staff called them by name.

No hot water, wash cloths and towels were new and not washed, Bed spread had cigarette burns. They had prostitutes walking around, lots of drug activity going on. Its definitely a 30.00 a night hotel, not 70.00. I'm very dissatisfied. Bookings .com needs to not avertize it being a good hotel. Very pitaful. That hotel needs to be shut down

The staff was so friendly and it was very clean. I used to work at best western , in West Monroe years ago. Their customer service has not changed. Still excellent. Ty rooms are updated and the pool is very clean. Their pool is the only one in town that is open and they have not raised their prices due to this either. Which is commendable.

I like the location of the property. It was close to a lot of restaurants and didn’t have to go far into town to get dinner. Also the morning staff was great. The lady at the front desk was so nice and welcoming. The hotel is very new so it was all clean and very comfortable.

Not having staff 24 hours a day is a problem. My husband along with other healthcare workers that work nights were locked out of there room and could not get to bed until well after 830am. Please staff your hotel like it should be. And the elevator is always broken.
