Everything including beautiful presentation of photography
The staff was nice.food was good but pricey.
Pillow shams were not clean moldonthe shower curtain. Should not be charged resort fees if not using the facilities.
The rooms were beautiful, and the view had the feeling of being in a foreign country. Café Milan food was fantastic!
The snacks on the tray in the rooms are overpriced. We prefer to bring our own snacks.
Not needing to leave to get things, the pool, gym and restaurants.
The weighted snack trays and fridge - no room for our own things
We stayed in a Tuscany suite, very comfortable, relaxing room, bathroom is awesome TV in bathroom!! The bed is ultra comfortable! We had great food, try the buffet... Amazing
The only thing we didn't like was the fact we couldn't stay longer!
Enjoyed eating at the Café Sports bar and Island buffet good food at all locations. Helpful staff
Bartender at the sushi bar
All in all. We enjoyed our stay
Might sound petty. But packets of raw sugar and more reg coffee for room. More pillows on bed
I loved how they have the casino downstairs, a nice sized arcade, check in was a pleasant experience. I called for room service and the woman call me by name( I was shocked). Room was very beautiful as well as the view from the room. They have 4 or 5 restaurants, a few bar/lounges & spa. I'm going back in Feb. with the kids. I know they will live it.
I checked my bags in with the valet but he neglected to tell me I had to go to another desk and give them my ticket. Then they will bring my things. So I waited maybe 1.5 hours before I called the front desk to get them.
The restaurants (ate at 3) and staff were great . Registration staff were friendly, extremely courteous and eager to place me in a room which best fit my needs.
A debit to my credit card prior to arriving that the registration staff seemed to be confuse as what the charge represented .When asked about the debit I was gived several different answers. Not good!
cleaniness of the room and customer service was great
Sleeping area of the room Valet, was awesome Corteous staff Winning penny slots Arcade
Bathroom did not match, somehow was outdated and sleeping are seemed more new. Mini bar was super expensive, I accidently placed my bag infront of the television ontop of the cabinet and it moved the kitkat bar from the sensor. I hope that I did not get charged for it. I wish that I could have spent time in spa. Arcade should have more interactive, like at Circus Circus, my son liked the arcade at Circus Circus, so I had to leave. Maybe having a go kart racing or something more interactive for older kids
Tuscany towers stay was good, spacious for a family of 4.
requested for 2 king beds, ended up with 1 king and a rollaway.
Overall courtesy of staff and dining.
Smoke in the waiting of arcade.
Room was nice!
We were supposed to have 2 queen beds! Kids had to sleep on roll aways. Water was 7 dollars!
Clean hotel, nice front desk, bell hop fast & efficient. Roon nice clean & air system works. Price was great.
Had to go up to floor 3 down skywalk and down a floor just to get to room. It was like a maze. Bed was way too hard. Could barley get out in the morning.
Room was decorated nicely -- clean, well appointed. Bed was king size -- comfortable.
Room was small. View overlooked garbage bins, wood pile, discarded carpet rolls, truck access, air conditioning units -- just ugly.
Room was clean and quiet, comfortable bed. Nothing fancy, fairly basic compared to some of the other nice hotels in the area.
Had to yell over noise to check in. Smoke everywhere. Long confusing walk with suitcases to the wing units - the person checking us in could easily have suggested we move the car and park next to the unit.
only one restaurant outside the casino. Smokey in the casino.
Very clean, staff very friendly.
Our heater was not working, didn't discover this out until early morning when I tried to turn up the thermostat.
Easy check out via phone.
Had to walk with lugage across the whole property to west wing. Directions and signs to west wing not very helpfull, should have had transportation or staff escort.
Excellent place to let loose. Love the decor. I was also over the moon with the price I paid. I would recommend The Peppermill to anyone, friends and family. If you have never visited Reno and are not sure where to stay, this place is it.
Resort tax....not too sure why are what that is. I would have also liked a mini refrigerator I could of filled my myself.
Loved the Tuscany tower. Loved the heated pool in the winter. Staff were great.
WiFi was poor to say at best.
