staff i paid for clean usable microwave fidge (not even plugged in) # days NOT A CLEAN TOWEL AFTER day 1..for that price REALLY
Office people were nice, bedding was comfortable, bathroom was great, loved the price, close to everything, painted nice colors.
Older hotel, not great setting, rundown. I'd stay again but friends would think I'm crazy if I recommended it. They would rather pay more for nicer but not me- we were comfortable!!
The people that was there was like they didnt know what they were doing and want to charge me more . I wont stay there anymore and i wont tell anyone to stay there
the shower was fairly good until the dirty water started to come out.
the whole experience was unacceptable. Would ask it to be demolished if in city council.
The only good thing about this place was that it was close to where we needed to be. And maybe the fact that we could park right outside our door, which would have come in handy if we had needed to make a quick escape.
This is not only the worst hotel I've ever stayed at, it also has the worst customer service of any business with which I have ever dealt. I've never had another business make a mistake and then blame me for not correcting their mistake (even after I questioned it in the first place), then refuse to offer any type of refund for their mistake after they charged me for two extra nights after we had checked out. We made reservations for three nights through Booking.com, but upon check-in, I was told that no, our reservations were for not for more than one night. We were charged for one night upon check-in and left the next morning. The hotel charged us for all three nights anyway and blamed me for not insisting that they were wrong when I checked in. Aside from that, the room stunk horribly, the bathtub was dirty, one bed leg was broken or missing (so the bed slumped to the floor in one corner), the air conditioner was very noisy and the bathroom door was missing the doorknob on the inside! The door could not even be opened from the inside! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone even if it were free. This hotel has a no refund policy, so do not take a chance on making a reservation thinking that you could get your money back if it's so bad that you just want to get out as soon as possible!
the worst ever ,bugs all over,nasty,....i never imagined you can find a place like this in america in 2014.....
Rooms were filthy, bugs in shower, stink, was appalled in that place
Everything. It was dark and dingy with plenty of what looked like weekly residents lurking in the parking lot along with some people actually living in a small trailer. the room stunk horribly, the carpet was filthy and stained. The towels were threadbare. I mean, seriously, there was no redeeming value.
Very much over priced. Filthy disgusting place - never seen anything so bad. Old wrecked caravan on car park with 4 dogs inside - one chained up outside. Rubbish all over the place. Don't go there.
Well, you get what you pay for
The room smelled and the lamp next to the bed was broken. The wifi was spotty but I was warned about that. The other people staying there were questionable so I would not leave my room.
Just about everything...TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!
supposed to be nonsmoking room, bedspread had cigarette burn holes in it. it was marked as handicap accesable, but I could hardly get the wheelchair thru the doorways. The room smelled bad, the carpet was dirty, The tv came on with horizontal bright light across the screen, no picture. Room was very shabby and dirty looking.
the systems were down, they sent me to the City Motel
