This is not only the worst hotel I've ever stayed at, it also has
the worst customer service of any business with which I have ever dealt.
I've never had another business make a mistake and then blame me for
not correcting their mistake (even after I questioned it in the first
place), then refuse to offer any type of refund for their mistake after
they charged me for two extra nights after we had checked out. We made
reservations for three nights through Booking.com, but upon check-in, I
was told that no, our reservations were for not for more than one night.
We were charged for one night upon check-in and left the next morning.
The hotel charged us for all three nights anyway and blamed me for not
insisting that they were wrong when I checked in. Aside from that, the
room stunk horribly, the bathtub was dirty, one bed leg was broken or
missing (so the bed slumped to the floor in one corner), the air
conditioner was very noisy and the bathroom door was missing the
doorknob on the inside! The door could not even be opened from the
inside! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone even if it were free.
This hotel has a no refund policy, so do not take a chance on making a
reservation thinking that you could get your money back if it's so
bad that you just want to get out as soon as possible!
The only good thing about this place was that it was close to where
we needed to be. And maybe the fact that we could park right outside
our door, which would have come in handy if we had needed to make a
