Price cleanliness location, perfect for couples or young single parents, my son and I stayed here for his 7th birthday, we shared a bed and hung out/ate on the bed because that is the size of the room. We were out exploring most of the time. Not even 2 minutes walking distance to the beach, aquarium, mall, arcade..... Great place

I really liked the repurposed industrial style interior design and loved the overall feeling of the hotel , all are welcome here. As a European native I appreciate the recycling option in the room and the great tasting local coffee and French press in the room. We all enjoyed the breakfast we ordered at the hotel the next morning . Bonus- the food is also local and organic , the waffles were amazing . The kids had fun at the saltwater pool and I enjoyed the pool , sauna and a glass of wine from the bar . Great to know fur babies are also welcome here. The staff at our hotel was exceptional , they were so friendly and helpful . I will definitely stay here again!!

Good location. Room was clean, staff reasonably polite.
Located in Seaside, Oregon, this hotel is 4 minutes’ walk away from Seaside Golf Course. It offers air-conditioned guestrooms furnished with thoughtful amenities, including expanded cable TV channels.
The staff was very friendly and the bed very comfortable.
The view it’s nice. But the rooms are not what i expected specifically for the pricing. The rooms are small. Smaller than other hotels in seaside.
There are multiple things that need work and maintenance. The bathroom fan didn’t work, the balcony door and net are the hardest things ever to slide open, the pull out bed is unstoppable, the water pressure is weak and the seal from the main door is broken. The beds are comfortable but it seemed as if the didn’t changed our fitted sheet; it smelled weird compared to the other sheets and there were multiple hairs. We were told to come in through the main entrance as well as leave but a guest told us about the side doors from the building. Our requested accommodation were the opposite of what we requested: away from the elevator = put feet away from it & top floor= middle floor.
When asked to move room we were ignored. The dog few rooms dog barked and barked and the. Hall was busy busy that it made it hard to sleep at night or nap during the day. I was very disappointed with the stay. We love going to seaside to distress and it was disappointing to not be able to rest and be woken up early in the morning. We paid less at another hotel with the same view and balcony. I wish they would had shown they actually wanted to help when we asked to move us room the second night. I will not be returning.

I absolutely love Seaside during the fall, winter, and spring. It's a quaint, quite, welcoming, small town with great tourist amenities. There are several decent restaurants and lodging options. Everything is just minutes away from the beach. You can't go wrong here. The summer though, it becomes quite crowded and difficult to get through unless on foot, but is no less charming.

Very quiet, relaxing place. Great eateries.
Very quiet, relaxing place. Great eateries. Loved watching the crab boats and sunsets. Seaside Brewery is a great place as is Dundees Donuts (my husband left our credit card there and the owner took the time to find us to give it back...very impressive!)

The town focus is for summer beach tourists with families.
The town focus is for summer beach tourists with families. There are arcades, bumper cars, .... The very large beach is a the end of the street through town. We had business in Seaside or would have stayed in Cannon Beach.
It's an old hotel that has been updated reasonably, is nice looking inside and comfortable. The room was comfortable, the beds were nice, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was decent as hotel buffets go, at least there was some cooked food (scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, ...) to go with all the individually-packaged stuff. Wish there was more in the way of fruits and vegetables. Location on the river is good, pretty much everything in Seaside is within walking distance.
We loved everything, great staff, lovely clean room. It’s so nice that the floors were hardwood especially considering how often we tracked in beach sand.
The pool was fantastic & the location was a block from the beach & everything on the main strip.
Even the other guests were lovely, it’s a pet friendly hotel & so we got to pet some cute dogs.
The hotel sits right on the beach, but tucked away behind sand dunes and grass.
You can see the ocean but it is a few minutes to walk to the water.
The room (king bed) was really spacious and you could do cartwheels in there!
If you arrive a bit early, before check in....park the car and go next door to the Aquarium and feed the sea lions!!
Nice and spacious with 2 bedrooms right on the beach. Loved it. Had a campfire on the beach right outside our room. But it is a quite busy motel with lots of motels right by it and a side walk that goes in front of all of them. So lots of foot traffic all around. Not your quiet getaway, but we loved it.
The room was very clean and Damon at the front desk was wonderful. He was incredibly nice and full of suggestions on how to maximize our visit to Seaside. The hotel is also a very short walk from the promenade and beach. Will definitely use this hotel again when we visit the Oregon coast.
Edgewood Getaway is in a great location at a dead end, with a quick 5 minute walk to the beach, a market, and great coffee & restaurants. And, Seaside proper is only a 10 minute walk up the promenade.
The hot tub and fire pit were incredible after a full day playing on the beach.
.
this was perfect, could not ask for a better location without the noise of a hotel. 10 steps to the sand on the beach. Perfect views - parking was a little tricky but would stay here again in a heartbeat - best place in Seaside
In thThe location can't be beat. The ocean views and access to the promenade and downtown was excellent. A well maintained older hotel with a few nice touches like cookies and saltwater taffy in the reception area.
Lovely hotel, perfect for big families.
Big and comfortable suite with a well-equipped kitchen.
The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable.
Two full bathrooms in a suite - a big advantage.
Great location in Seaside, walking distance (10 minutes) from the main street.
Boardwalk nearby (3 minutes walk)
Well-equipped kitchen and comfy beds.
Quiet and safe.
