I have been to the Beach house many times when it was under Air b&b and liked it then, but it is even better now under new management. They have on-site property management, who are some of the nicest people, extremely friendly and attentive. The new owners are working on fixing the pool and Beach access from storm damage, which the Air b&b owner was not. I have been to many motels on the Daytona strip, and they were dirty and rude owners. The Beach House is by far the best place to stay. I will continue to support them with my business and recommend them to my friends. Can't wait to go back. I like supporting small business owners, and this is the place that will always get my my support

We enjoy Daytona Beach and go 2 or 3 times a year. We love the packed sand on the beach so that we can ride our bikes and take long walks. There are lot of nice beachfront hotels and restaurants on the water which we love!

Daytona has changed a lot since I visit in 2003 for the first time to 2024 last weekend. The sand is disappearing and the water seems to be too close to the retention walls of the properties. I remember having to walk from the stairs to the water, people where lying down in the sand. Now it is dangerous to do it due to cars passing by too close from people for my liking. Still is one of my favorite places. Still is THE BEACH I LOVE.

There is a lot to see in the Daytona Beach area.
There is a lot to see in the Daytona Beach area. I discovered a new place, The Daytona Beach Aquarium, which is new and expanding as well. Instead of building more for this attraction they did a great job of repurposing a former retail area. I will be revisiting that attraction for sure. Like all areas of the world the climate has taken a toll in recent years, but Daytona area is doing a wonderful job of getting things restored. I would be remiss if I didn't mention that like any place including where you live everyday it is wise to know your surroundings. I attended opening day of the Tortugas at Jackie Robinson Ballpark with my son and daughter-in-law and was delighted to see how the area came out to support their team. There is far more to see and do in that area if you take the time to research what is there.

It’s good if you like dive bar hopping!
It’s good if you like dive bar hopping! Lots of places have live music.
Riptides was a lively restaurant with good outdoor covered seating. Food was good and good live music.
Other bars The Famous Boothill saloon, Ditty Harry’s, Froggie’s good Happy Hours.
Ocean Deck has good food and a great live band.
Easy to walk from bar to bar.
I would probably avoid Bike week locals say it’s ridiculously crowded and the prices go way up.

Great place, parking on the beach for a fee.
Great place, parking on the beach for a fee. Unfortunately not the same Daytona Beach that I remember Pre Covid!!!!!!
Approaching Atlantic Ave from route 95 you go past homeless people camped on the side of the street, literally sleeping on the sidewalk. Cannot stop at an intersection without at least 1 homeless person approaching your vehicle. However once on Daytona Beach the homeless are less. But still visible. There are NO homeless or panhandlers on the Boardwalk or the pier. Very Limited rides for kids or adults. The boardwalk is only 3/4 of a mile 1 way and there are store fronts that are empty and seem to have been empty for a while.
The Daytona Beach of eras gone by is GONE!!!!!!
The best breakfast that we had 3 mornings in a row, was at the Cracked Egg. There's also Bens, but they only accept cash and no credit or debit cards.
An absolute must restaurant is Aunt Catfish's in Port Orange!!!!!!!!!!!!! Try Fysh was also a great spot to have a drink on their rooftop and watch the boats go by.
Mexican is DEFINETLY Don Peppers!!!!!!!! Whatever you may want for Mexican food, Don Peppers can make it for you
The condo we stayed in was nice. The set up was good, we loved having a kitchen. Having the pool and lazy river was fun for the kids. The location is a little crazy for getting in and out but free parking is provided in a parking garage. The desk people were helpful when checking in. The view of the beach was beautiful. Easy walk to the boardwalk/shops and the Band shell. Security guards walked the place 24/7 so someone was watching and there was a lock on the gate to beach so only hotel guests could get in.
The hotel prices were incredibly affordable. We could have gone to Myrtle beach but the cheaper prices made the extra 2 hrs drive so worth it. The room was spacious and clean when we arrived. The staff were super friendly and efficient. The cook staff did a pretty good job considering Covid-19 precautions. The pool area was neat without any loud disruptions. Access to the beach was convenient however I wish there was a handicap accessible path for those of us with mobility problems.
We had a beautiful stay here at Daytona Beach. The room was exceptional, with beautiful furnishings, cooking facilities, and balcony facing towards the beach. The room is on the 4th floor of a resort condo block with parking for 1 car. There are shops and limited restaurants just across the road. Check-in was easy via booking.com's messaging features. We only stayed 1 night, but wished we could return! We even saw a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral in the distance...
Its very outdated. The TV didnt work (I didnt say so), lamp didnt work and the balcony door was hard to close. BUT! I didnt go for to eatch TV and i got 3 days and nights on the beach for the price of 1 night in the other hotels. There were no bugs and it was pretty clean. As the other reviews said the beds are cheap but im over 300lbs and i slept just fine! Great place if you want to wake up hearing the beach crash and not pay a lot for it!
The location was perfect, right by the daytona beach. We paid $196 for one night. The pictures looked nothing how it looks in person, unfortunately! Don’t think the room / stay was worth $200, for one night . When we got to the room we instantly wanted our money back for a different hotel, called around to different hotels and they were all booked for that weekend so we made it work.. wouldn’t stay here again.
NOTHING !! Don't waste your money stay somewhere else on the strip. This hotel is run down, dirty, and smelled like cat urine. The hotel staff's lack of concern for our health and the cleanliness of the room was disappointing for a large hotel chain like Hilton
Very clean and big room, amazing view, loved the kitchen area and that it has a full refrigerator which is very convenient. This is our second time staying at this hotel and will definitely will be staying here in the future when we come back to Daytona Beach.
It was a great family location and ocean front. Very serene and peaceful. Staff was extremely nice. They were very welcoming and friendly. I definitely recommend this Hyatt hotel location in Daytona Beach. If I can give 50 stars I would.
No breakfast rude people worst hotel I've ever stayed at and I've stated over a thousand hotels overpriced 10:00 check out what's up with that worst hotel in Daytona Beach you can stay down the street for $50 a day and it's a nicer room
10 Minutes from Daytona International Speedway.
Hotel is directly on the beach at the end of Speedway Drive.
Tiki Bar and inside bar very nice atmosphere.
Easy walk to restaurants for drinks and dinner.
Friendly staff.
Excelente Service , very friendly stuff ! Super clean hotel, delicious food ! Good music, best location… I traveled with my family and we all agreed that it was the best choice at Daytona Beach .
Nothing...room was dirty n smelled...the bed was extremely uncomfortable real cheap mattress not hotel like at all...couldn't turn the heat on it only blew cold air so I was freezing at night
The Hotel is located in front of the beach. You can get the beach just walking.
The bathroom was very clean.
I forgot my AirsPods and staff call me to let me known. This was great!
It was a nice property but not what i would expect from a Hilton. The Lobby was beautiful but for the price the rooms were just like any other hotel, in need of updating.
spacious rooms, well equipped with kitchinette, view on the ocean, nice breakfast. Hotel is quiet, only 35 rooms. Ideal for families with children and they accept pets
Very friendly staff and a great place to stay. Would recommend to anyone looking for a cheaper place that is just as good as the more expensive hotels in the area!
The location of the Hotel was fantastic. Loved the pool on the beach, and being right on the beach access for vehicles to watch everyone driving onto the beach.
