The interior was very clean and well-equipped.
The interior was very clean and well-equipped. The linens were great and the bed covers were top-of-the-line. Loved the huge rain shower in the master bath. The casita, bikes/helmets and basketball hoop were nice additions for teens. The washer and dryer and TVs in every room was great. However, the exterior was not at the same level or grooming/cleaning as the interior. Last-minute notification that we were not allowed to use the pool due to a repair causing heavy use of chemicals was unacceptable as it was the main reason I reserved this home. The hotel is horrible. Idk where to start! The bathroom towel rack was coming off the wall, and the water came out brown. The sinks drain slow, and the hairdryer was melted. The refrigerator had old melted ice cream in it. The phone didn’t have a cord. The towels looked dirty. The sheets need to be thrown out they had stains on them that a washer just can’t get out and lastly the window cover had a big hole in it. I told the guy at the front desk he clearly didn’t care I wouldn’t recommend this place

Although I reserved the 2 rooms well in advance, my 96 year old father and 90 year old mother who have dementia were not in adjacent rooms as requested. We were at the other end of the hall. Our room had a persistent rumbling all night from the roof top equipment purging that prevented sleep. Breakfast was disappointing and poorly stocked. When I voiced my concerns I was told they run a business and can’t always accommodate requests. I will not return.Mayme - 6.0Scored 6.0

My husband and I came back to visit Spring, after moving from there to the LaGrange Texas area, to be near my elderly mom. This is the first time we had been back in a long time, and found Spring quite changed, but that is progress as they say! I still love the area, and the Woodlands. Our favorite spot to visit for music and drinks is The Track Shack in Old Town Spring (great place to go) - lots of fun, and wonderful memories!
