I would not recommend this property.

We detoured significantly from our journey to see the Kit Carson County Carousel. We were very pleased to have made the effort to see this historic and fun Burlington attraction. The staff at the merry-go-round were very friendly and informative, and the antique ride itself (1905) was beautiful and fascinating. Rides were on the hour and half hour for 25 cents, and the excellent museum's admission was $1. A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!Guest review byTolzmann - 10.0

My biggest comment on Burlington is that the town closes...
My biggest comment on Burlington is that the town closes early, most places by 9 pm. As a traveler, from a large city, I am accustomed to late night access to dining and groceries. There was a wide assortments of PLACES to eat, but with a late night arrival, not many open.
