A rather modern hotel. Around a fifteen minute walk to Vincourt Plaza, which is a shopping mall with a huge supermarket inside. Also around a fifteen minute walk to see the limestone structures. A big shoutout and thank you to Ngoc for her assistance and communication in English and Anne who speaks pretty good Chinese. In addition to that, I wanted to book a trip on the boat to see the limestone structures, Ngoc was REALLY competent and informative on delivering the most effective solution for me, thumbs for that!
The room was roomy, airy, the bed extremely comfy with a good size. The water pressure could be better. All in all a VERY pleasant experience.

The rooms were very big and the beds were very comfortable. This hotel is very near the main road, Sunworld, and the restaurants were just steps away. The owner was very accommodating with our request during our stay. It was so hard to book a hotel that allows small pets to stay, and the owner was so kind to allow us to bring our muffin and louie, our poodles. It was such a memorable trip for us since we were able to bring our dogs to this Christmas Trip. Thank you so much. This place is highly recommended. 😍 We will surely come back.

The staff were the best part of this place. They are all so kind and welcoming. They went out of their way to arrange a car to pick us up from Hanoi and wanted to do more for us. Ha long bay however is a ghost town so it was very weird to be there with no one there walking the streets
