I'm usually very particular about the cleanliness of hotels and this hotel did not disappoint. The rooms are very clean and the beds are so comfortable. There was a cleaner there, I never got her name but she was so detailed. She left me extra chamomile tea when I was ill. Additionally, I was expecting a delivery that didn't come until several days after I checked out, the concierge was kind enough to store it until I had a friend come pick up for me. The location is also perfect, it's close to everything and 2 mins walk from the subway.

The property was a well appointed boutique-like hotel. The rooms were small, but very clean and had all the amenities needed for a successful stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, caring, and attentive. Simon helped us with transportation details and ticket purchases in London. Carolina was warm and helpful as well.
