The bar has wonderful drinks, the rooftop bar has great Mexican food and cocktails, the rooms are very stylish. Since I arrived late at night and a bit shook after the short travel from the Brussels Noord station (not advisable, especially late at night) I was offered a room upgrade (with a cool bathtub) free of charge - I was so positively impressed with everything!

The accommodation per se was an excellent junior suite that in effect is a well equipped apartment, decorated with clean modern classy touches, well soundproofed for extremely quiet peace of mind, whilst also endowed with plenty of natural light and spacious airy feel when opening the curtains and huge glass panels to the inspiring vibrant city outside. While I was on business with limited time to relax, it was a blessing to contemplate the gentle snowfall and sit after hectic conference days going through several of the great books present in the living room and bedroom for a nice relaxing and instructive read. Even so, make no mistake as this is not just an apartment: it is set on a fully-serviced hotel, whose excellent staff provided the exceptional care of upscale hotel service: highly attentive to one's needs, and aptly fulfilling them with utmost professionalism, which is highly appreciated. This place encapsulates the quality and rigor of a grand hotel packaged in a discrete, cozy boutique hotel, a home away from home. The flexibility and independence of fully equipped accommodations with the exceptional service and care of professional hoteliers. At this place, I found a well integrated solution that meets the best of both hotel and apartment/home concepts. With a team that is always there for you, always highly responsive, composed and caring, always striving to do their best. A luxurious 5-star hotel in the heart of Brussels, this boutique hotel was refurbished in 2019 and offers guests a 24-hour gym with a sauna as well as air-conditioned rooms with complimentary Molton Brown toiletries, bathrobes and slippers. Free WiFi is available in the entire hotel. Very conveniently located and the room was nice. The bed was very comfortable. The gym also had a sauna. The staff was also very friendly and super helpful.

Hotel Le Châtelain offers a modern top-floor fitness centre and a 24-hour front desk. A very good hotel, the room was superb with a very comfortable bed. Quiet, but also located near many restaurants and a tram ride to the city center. The staff was very friendly.
