Although the location is remote, it could be accessed by public transportation. It's literally at the end of the road, a 30+ minute car/bus ride. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. I wrote several emails beforehand asking specific questions and Jan always replied quickly.

We visited the hotel for 3 nights only, better to plan for 5 at least. Plenty of routes for hiking with amazing landscape and nature.Everything was very nice. Room is clean with fully equipped kitchen. Very good and helpful hotel staff. Good breakfast in a panoramic restaurant. Thank you so much. Rooms are spacious, well equipped with all the facilities and most importantly super clean. We did not have breakfast at the hotel but you can ask for it, you can also order bread or croissants which are provided in the mornings if you do not wish to have breakfast. We had pizza in the restaurant and it was also very nice.FatmaTurkey
