Loved this property it was absolutely beautiful! Grounds were lovely and pool area looked inviting though during our stay weather was too cold to enjoy. Highly recommend if you are in the area. Rooms were lovely and beds extra comfy! Hosts were friendly and very helpful and accommodating to our every need. There was a restaurant on site with affordable price and food was wonderful. We actually came back to stay another night after our journey to Morocco which was also amazing!

Tarifa is such a cute town and Kook is the perfect place to stay. Our room was like being at your room at home. It was super comfortable and sweetly designed. The breakfast was delicious and we really appreciated the coffee being out at all times. Our favorite part was Maria the hostess who was the kindest and sweetest person, she had great suggestions and she felt as though we’d known her forever. It really felt like a home away from home.

Tarifa has one of the best beaches I've been to. Large, with fine sand, clean and easy entry into the water. Due to the winds, the area is good for water sports (kite surfing, etc), not so much for swimming, due to the waves. Good position to watch the sun set into the sea.
Great place to chill at a bar nearby the beach, eat ice cream, have dinner.
Tarifa is also very close to Morocco, a short ferry ride away from Tangier. Highly recommend the trip if you have the opportunity.

Great little town, the beach full of kite surfers when we arrived & was a sight to see. Very sweet small old town, clean, cute shops, excellent eateries including Powerhouse bakery & dinner at Axta- superb! Very walkable, views for sunset over the sea, Morocco in the distance. Tarifa is a very unique place with a super relaxed and good vibe. If you want to explore the coast line it's a great base, easy to park cars outside the old town walls. There are various dunes and historic sites to visit within 1 hour of the city as well as view points from various locations with unbeatable views of the coastline and seeing Morocco which is pretty special. For eating, there is an amazing Italian Restaurant highly recommended called La Trattoria. I am Italian and the pasta was very good quality for Spain. There are also lovely restaurants beyond the port along the beach and in the area just outside the old town walls towards this direction. It is easy to walk around the city and there is plenty of shopping in boutique shops as well as surfer/sports shops. Huge amount of water sports activities on offer too.

Nice beach and awesome kite boarders to watch.
Nice beach and awesome kite boarders to watch. Pretty shops and a good walking town, cool places along the beach for a drink or to eat. Ferry terminal in the town. Lots of bars and restaurants. The town has a cool beachy vibe.
Beautiful house just renovated.
Plenty of space, open plan and a surprised (pictures don't reflect how lovely is the house) big space downstairs, almost an independent mini apartment, great for teenagers.
The rooms were simple but lovely; super comfortable beds and the bathrooms were almost new with great showers.
The house was 10 min walk to Tarifa old town and 5 min to the beach.
It was a quiet and sunny street.
Lots of shops and supermarkets at very short distance.
Very clean communal swimming pool.
Tarifa Cozy House offers well equipped apartment complex with own yard, spacious living room, three terraces and three bed rooms. The house is located in a quite location super close to the sea. Running tracks and basketball court are next to the house. Old town of Tarifa a close walking distance of 10-15 minutes. We were 3 persons and arrived to Tarifa for kitesurf and travel around Andalusia. Just go for it!
Very beautiful appartments in the very center of old town and also close to the port. Beautifully decorated rooms, good and comfortable bed, strong wifi. Spacious living area, big bathroom. You can easily make breakfast in the room. TV with Netflix. We stayd Friday night in Oct and it was not noisy. Nice restaurant downstairs. Pleasant service and quick check-in. Car parking 5 minutes away.
This is a charming 1.5 bathroom apartment in a central location with easy access to the old town and the beach. The little apartment complex seems quite new, and many of our neighbors appeared to be full-time residents. The hosts left us basics like coffee, olive oil and ice, which is always so nice, and the person who met us, Maria Carmen, was charming and helpful.
My partner and I booked Paul’s place last minute and it was amazing. It was perfect for a last minute get away. Perfect use of space, the details of the place were very nice and in good taste. We have stayed in Tarifa multiple times and this location is perfect. Not too far from the downtown area, but right on the beach near many restaurants and bars.
We had to find something at the last minute for 2 nights in Tarifa, and El Asturiano was the perfect combination. Just outside the old town walls (where there are all the restaurants, shops and night pubs in Tarifa), but also outside all of the noise. Room is in perfect condition and good for a comfortable stay. Staff was really good and friendly!
Amazing appartement, clean and spacious, location really close to the beach, nice swimming pool, easy parking, good communication with the host, easy check-in and check-out, great local tips to do in town. A 15 minute walk to the old town of Tarifa and easy drive to go to the beaches were you can kitesurf.
All the staff were friendly and helpful. The view from the roof terrace, across the straits to Africa, is arguably the best in Tarifa. The rooms are fairly bijou but very acceptable. The location is slightly below the new town but elevated above the old town, which is only a few minutes walk away.
Location was great, turn right and go to the beach or turn left and go to old town. On site car parking, the breakfast was one of the largest choices we've ever seen, the on site restaurant was great for dinner. Had a great roof top pool and sun deck. This hotel checks off all the boxes.
brand new apartment at a great location. nice roof top with a small pool. easy to park your car nearby. There is an elevator to the roof top wich is nice. Everything was very clean. Location is great you can wlka to the beach and old town. There is a big supermarket nearby as well.
Very clean and comfortable. Perfect location. Next to the old town and also only 10 minute’s walking to the beautiful beach. The owner, Jesus, was very kind and welcoming. And Tarifa is wonderful. Would stay again for sure!
Modern hotel with indoor and outdoor pools (open!!), and close to the beach.
Decor in the room and in public spaces beautiful and quirky. Room superb, comfy bed, great bathroom.
Short walk to Tarifa old town.
The hotel was very near (walkable) to old town Tarifa. The rooms were clean, comfortable, modern and a good size. The spa was an added bonus and would recommend the massages.
Beautiful hotel, clean and easy walk to the Old Town. Great breakfast in downstairs restaurant. Very short walk to the ferry if interested in going to Tangier.
beautifully decorated boutique hotel in the heart of tarifa old town…can’t beat the location and the service the team gives…fantastic stay. many thanks
