We can't really answer about area since we were only there for a night. It seemed like an older area. Also we didn't hear the train but it was outside the property

Excellent communication with the very helpful owners Nadine and Stephane. They are very welcoming and tried their best to make our stay comfortable. Located at the basement level with 2 large bedrooms, beds are large and comfy. For the price you can’t beat. Large grocery store nearby, as well as many EV chargers. We like this place!

Old style motel in a great location - it's unfortunate they couldn't keep up with the times... While the room was small for a family, it could have been organized much more efficiently with some much-needed new furniture. Beds were old and really uncomfortable. It's a stunning location, but for the price the owners really need to invest more into their product.

Easy to locate. Quiet. Friendly owner/staff member who also made us a meal in the restaurant, though it was supposed to be closing soon. Delicious and unusual Caribbean recipes. Charming old property full of character. Room was spacious and comfortable with trees round it. Lots of free parking. Bathroom and bed fine. Peaceful village to walk around in the evening after a very long drive.
