It was far off the highway so that was nice. The lady that worked there was decent.

The location was wonderful and so was the chalet. The chalet was very clean, modern, and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed it and hope to return some day. It was much better than staying in a hotel and competitively priced. It was in a forested area surrounding Lac Saint-Charles just outside the town of Saint-Charles. It was about a 40 minute drive into Quebec City but within easy reach of it due to the good highway/road network. We spent most of our time in the historic part of Quebec City which was also spectacular. The whole area reminded me of Europe and made for a wonderful vacation.

The home is beautiful...once you figure out what the heck is going on. There was no staff onsite. The room was large and comfortable. I really enjoy older homes and historic places. So, the stone and wooden features suited me well. The price was reasonable.

We arrived after driving all day. Didn’t check out surrounding areas. The hotel was beautiful, can tell it’s been upgraded recently. Huge rooms, love that they had deluxe shampoo and body wash

Friendly staff. Nice tiny room with parking and a lot bigger backyard facing river/ sea. Some of the unique places nearby with travel friendly environment. They served breakfast which exceeded my expectations. It’s above the antique store (second floor). The staff made sure I get breakfast even when I leave early.
