We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful historical guesthouse. The place is full of charm, very tastefully decorated, and has a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The host was extremely thoughtful, leaving fresh fruit, sweets, and drinks in the fridge, which made us feel warmly welcomed. The attention to detail really stood out—from the cozy setting to the soft, fresh towels. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the old souks, only meters away from the museum, and with a grocery right nearby for anything you might need. Peaceful, comfortable, and full of character, this guesthouse is a true gem. Highly recommended!

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the experience I encountered during my recent stay. Despite receiving a booking confirmation along with a confirmation number, I was extremely disappointed to find upon arrival after a 3-hour drive from Beirut that my reserved room had been given to someone else. Additionally, I was unexpectedly asked to make a payment in advance, even though the booking terms clearly stated that payment was to be made at the property. The handling of the situation by the staff was unprofessional and unwelcoming, which made the experience even more distressing. This was not only inconvenient but also deeply frustrating, especially after a long journey.
