The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. They were accommodating of my requests. The location is great, close to everything. Nice breakfast and clean facilities. All in all very good value for the price. Some people complained in other posts about the beds being hard so I had that concern but actually I thought they were ok, soft but firm, just right, I slept fine.

It was very spacious, with a balcony also. There was a microwave, which was very handy. It had a top sheet on the bed, which I always appreciate. Also, there were plenty of hangers. Very cheap.

Charming inn of renovated old houses with a common area that comes with free water and other beverages. Spacious rooms with designated functions. Perfect for families and couples. We ate our breakfast at the washitsu, drank the free beer in the living room and had a relaxing bath. We also used the private onsen and sauna. The inn booked us a reservation at a nearby restaurant. You can keep your luggage at the reception area or sent nearby the station as you continue to explore the town. Great location, restaurants, shops, convenient stores are just a walk away.

Great hotel for being out in the country. The hotel staff was very helpful. The onsen was beautiful! The room was big and comfortable. There was a nice morning buffet with lots of selections.

Our host, Mr. Tachikawa picked us up at 10 pm at the train station Mitsumineguchi to help us get back to the guest house. When it was time for us to leave, he walked with us before 7.30 am to the bus stop to make sure we board the bus all right. Even though we were two weird foreigners, he helped us to feel ok with our vegetarian diet and need to go to wild nature. Deep respect for him and his family who run the guest house with care.
