The staff were all very friendly and courteous. The two main golf courses were open and great to play, but I was lucky as the Willow Glen course is still undergoing renovations. When those are completed it will be even more impressive. The greens played fast and true and were generally in great condition. The Oak Glen course is flatter and in excellent condition though also has some ongoing improvements happening.
The Restaurant and Bar Staff were friendly and engaging, the Pro Golf Shop staff equally so. The food was very good with a variety of choice.
In all it was a great experience to play golf there and soak up the ambience while taking in the history of the indigenous people in the area. I thoroughly recommend Singing Hill Golf Resort.

Be careful when renting a room here.
Be careful when renting a room here. Pictures are completely deceiving and not what they appear. I booked two queen beds and got two fulls. Sketchy area. It seems that they have people living in the hotel so it has a weird vibe. They have 24hr “security” but they only stay in the entrance of the place and seem to let anyone in. I guess you get what you pay for but never again!

Hospitality of the staff really high standard.
Information can be better special when there is a BIG Event which has impact on the whole resort (Golfing/Parking/Noise)

The buildings exterior need a refresh paint or redecoration.
The buildings exterior need a refresh paint or redecoration. Interior the room is excellent. Ample and comfortable. Missing the lack of microwave.
The Red Tail restaurant was very good. The proximity and free shuttle to the Sycuan Casino made it a great perk.

I currently live in El Cajon and we are moving out of state because of California's political insanity. We stayed in this hotel only while our house was tented for termites prior to sale and only in THIS hotel because they allowed our two small dogs. Not fair to El Cajon to ask me to review the city.

At this date and time I do understand social distancing but this place was a mess I have photos and videos that I would literally love for you to see you because I feel like I was mislead duped and cheated out of my money I was very unsatisfied this side is restricting me from sending you the photos and
The location over all was good right off the freeway easy to find. But the parking lot its in with other businesses in the world's smallest parking lot. There is a in and out 100 ft away but they get really busy and when they do that parking lot it a nightmare. Can't drive and look around for a parking spot can't turn around. Other than that it's a good hotel really quiet for a nights rest.
The bed was comfortable and there is a Denny’s and Starbucks in the adjoining parking lot which is very handy especially since their breakfast offerings are so so. Coffee, cereal, toast, packaged pastries. It is the best deal in the area we needed to be and I felt safe. Next to an on ramp and Chevron across the street. They have the best hotel fridge I’ve ever seen but no freezer.
while the location on a busy street and with not much in the way of dining within walking, the hotel had a lot of charm and the room was very nice, well designed and color coordinated (though 2 chairs would be nice). Good AC, very nice staff. The internet further from the office was non existent, which is a bummer.
Such a beautiful property! Completely different than the normal hotels. It was an experience to walk their grounds and explore the history within this special place. I was blown away as it was much more than I expected. The views were spectacular, loved the balcony, the setting was perfect.
This place was exactly what I needed to recover after getting sick. It's close to the El Cajon Station and a 7 Eleven is close by too. I was skeptical as the ratings are not that good, but the room was modern, clean and convenient. It had everything I needed for my 2 nights stay.
The management staff at the hotel was great. The man I spoke with was very friendly. My room was spacious, my bed was comfortable, it had a fridge and microwave, and I was always able to find parking, even late at night. The location is close to restaurants.
I liked the value of the room and the location was very close to where I needed to travel too. The price was excellent for the San Diego area. The hotel was not too far from the airport as well. Overall, I was please with the value of the space.
Very outdated linen dirty with burn holes room was half cleaned you could tell it had just got a quick wipe down beds uncomfortable not worth the money at all we were better off staying home worse hotel experience ever
I liked the location of the hotel near markets and restaurants, as well as the service and staff were excellent, and I liked the breakfast, which was more than good, as well as the 24-hour tea and coffee service
We did not have breakfast at the hotel. We were pleased with the location. It was a short distance to grocery stores, restaurants and retail stores which made it convenient.
The staff was great! We had a few family members stay at the same hotel and we will definitely be back when go to El Cajon. The rooms were very clean and comfortable also.
I was unable to sleep all night due to loud noises people arguing outside my room they were trying to force open my room at 2am hotel hosts were unavoidable to help
