Very large and comfortable room. The entire place was always clean. Although it's on the outskirts of Nashville, you can reach the city in 15 minutes. There are several dining options around the hotel within walking distance. No extra fee for pets

The proximity to stores and restaurants. We walked to Target, Panera, for ice cream. The location was good and far from the noise! It is a good neighborhood too.

Very comfortable for a week stay. Breakfast was good.
This hotel is really beautiful. The lobby area is spacious and there are two glass elevators that I always think are a nice touch. There were a couple of fountains in the lobby area and I always find the sound of falling water very appealing for some reason. Our room was very spacious - it was actually two rooms. There was the main bedroom as well as a very comfortable sitting area. Both rooms had very large TVs. The bathroom was also quite large and it featured an excellent shower. Sometimes hotel showers suffer from poor pressure or showerheads that are too small - not so with this facility. We were in Nashville for a family event and this location was perfect because when we finished with the fam, we were only a short drive from downtown. The restaurant was quite expensive ($19 for a burger, minus fries), but we wanted to explore the restaurants in the surrounding area so it was not an issue. I was a little surprised when I received my bill to see an $8 charge per day for standard, outdoor, do-it-yourself parking, but EVERY commercial establishment in EVERY industry is gouging customers these days, so I guess it's to be expected. I'd definitely recommend this facility to other travelers. We had an excellent stay.

The hotel was in a great location being 10 minutes from downtown Nashville. Very clean facility with a reasonable breakfast.
The drawback was the limited parking.
Staff allowed 3 U-Haul trucks and a pickup with a trailer to monopolize the majority of space.
We returned to no space available.
I will probably try another hotel in the same location our next visit.

Cheaper to stay here than right in Nashville, by a lot!
Cheaper to stay here than right in Nashville, by a lot! This hotel is around behind the shopping center that includes a Rooms to Go. In the dark, I wasn't sure if I was going the right direction. More signs directing the customer would be a better option. Its only about 15 to 20 minutes into downtown from here. Lots of shopping and restaurants available in this area also. Less crowded here than near downtown.

Hotel was an older property but clean, very quiet, and comfortable. It had a kitchen and the area had everything close by that we wanted. Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything in the suite worked. We would definitely staff with them again.

it was close to downtown without paying the big money. Staff other than the cleaning supervisor and the older gentleman that emptied the garbage were very lazy and like the customers were a bother to them

There was left over toiletries from a previous customer under the sink. The couch felt and sounded like it was 50 years old. The kitchen sink had coffee splashes in it. It was musty. The bedroom was EXTREMELY difficult to cool due to a fan in the wall blowing cool air from the living room. We felt as though we were sleeping in a “dirty” apt. The breakfast was nothing more than a few mini muffins and some “kid” flavored mini yogurt. Not even any water served.
However, the front staff was WONDERFUL!
The location was fine, the whole place could use a freshening up as far as the rooms, paint and such. The repair around the bottom of the shower was shoddy in that it was done but a big gap was left at the bottom and the caulking was everywhere but in the gap. I never understood why hotels use carpet everywhere, especially in the guest rooms where it can’t be disinfected.
The breakfast staff was helpful. The people behind the desk were also courteous.
Our family was in Nashville for the weekend. We initially stayed at Hyatt place and was very disappointed with their rooms. We decided to do a short stay, (leaving at 4am) to sleep before traveling back to Saint Louis. We didn’t get the opportunity to eat your breakfast but I’m sure it was delicious! I’ve stayed at a Drury Plaza in Saint Louis and the service was excellent. You all have hands down great service! Thanks.
I did a surprise engagement in Nashville. My girlfriend was already booked at the hotel to attend the George Strait concert. I drove in with our kids and proposed. Her and I stayed an extra 3 days. The staff was extremely accommodating and let me check in early. Fantastic service, excellent breakfast in the morning and a great location. The king suite was extra spacious and very comfortable. 10 out of 10!
Upon check in, the gentleman was very nice and helped us with early check-in. Also had to call him as soon as we checked in because room did not have sleeper sofa as stated with Booking.com. He sent a Roller bed immediately and informed me that it was not communicated on our reservation. Hotel was clean and convenient for our Nashville trip.
Breakfast was well laid out and overseen. Good variety. But the same every day. Self service. The pancake making machine was fun and tasty. Venue was generally quiet, Parking easy and immediate to room surrounding area pictures. Hotel and gardens were very clean and tidy.
Went to Nashville to visit my brother and his wife who move there last Nov 2021 in Senior Home and the Hotel is just 20 minutes away from them by Uber. The Hotel was close to mini plaza so we were able to buy things we need. Breakfast at the Hotel was very good.
Great value for an overnight stay. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. The hotel is clean, although the carpet in the room was worn and stained. The beds are comfortable and the room was very quiet. I would definitely stay here again.
This is the second survey I have filled out and you never replied to my first survey! I WILL NOT be staying at another Four Points Hotel!! You must not read your reviews. If you did, you would have either replied to my issues or not sent me another survey!!
location and the overall cleanliness , The Customer Service Agent went above and beyond to help us get an additional room because Booking.Com didn’t inform hotel that we needed a Suite to sleep 5 even though that is exactly what I booked through Booking.com
Location was excellent and it felt like we were staying in a condo instead of a hotel room. It was dog friendly which made travel with our dog very easy. The beds were extremely comfortable! Would highly recommend staying here..
