The exceptional location and view from our room, which was breathtaking. Also, breakfast and dinner were excellent, with variety of food, something for everyone, even people on some restrictions. Anita (making eggs) and all the staff in bars (pool and beach bar) were very polite and professional.

very helpful staff, they even called the shopping mall to ask whether the shops would be open during sunday. Since we urgently required some sunglasses. The building is very cozy as well as the room very clean with a nice view to the sea. Quiet area to walk to the close restaurant.

It was a lovely quiet sleepy little coastal village that you need a car to get to -pretty strip of pebble beach with clear water. The roads are very narrow in places and very steep. Once you turn off to Igrane best to use your common sense and stick to wider roads where possible and not take Sat Nav too literally. Lovely church to walk to (up hill!) Mainly couples, older people , not so great for families with children, or those seeking night life-not suitable for those with severe mobility issues. (There is a more lively and child friendly coastal resort 15 mins drive away with a variety of shops, beach activities etc) Good base for visiting Dubrovnik (2hrs drive)and Split (1.5hrs) The coastal road is very hilly with many z bends! and the locals don't appear to stick to the speed limits!

    Beautiful small town.

Beautiful small town. We went off season, late September and it was perfect. The beaches are minimally used, clear and calm water, and plenty of room to bathe and swim. A few restaurants were still open, but a couple had closed or were closing shortly after our stay. We high recommend Konoba Turan, local authentic food and well priced! Streets are easy to navigate by foot, but the town is on a steep incline, so not good for those with disabilities unless getting around by very small car. Perfect location for a quiet, romantic getaway that still captures the picturesque quality of the Adriatic without all the hustle and bustle of larger towns/cities.

Igrane is an idyllic town with a relaxed atmosphere.

Igrane is an idyllic town with a relaxed atmosphere. Though there were many visitors coming in and out, it never felt crowded. The town is nestled beween rocky mountains and the dalmatian sea, so you can enjoy some walks or biking and then have a refreshing dip in the water. You can reach everything by foot, but be prepared to use some stairways: the beautiful church that surmounts the town, the supermarket, the main beach with its lovely mall or some natural beaches nearby. The mall offers a broad range of konobas, bars and shops. There are also many cute cats strolling through the lanes :-)

Igrane is a place to stay if you need some days to rest. Nice quiet location. Beaches are ok — lots of restaurants. We have tried them all but one, in particular, is the best. They are called Skif. Recommend to visit.

Beautiful and yet peaceful city (even though it's so close to Makarska). There's not so many people so you don't have any problems finding a place to relax on one of the beaches (there are three right in the town and more a little bit further). Great place for snorkeling and I really recommend renting a scooter in Makarska and go explore the surroundings, especially Biokovo nature park. After a nice day, you can go relax to a nice restaurant. I especially recommend Sunshine restaurant with the nicest waiter we ever met.

Igrane is a lovely resort , there are 3 beaches (on the left theres a beach with lots of shade and trees, perfect for reading, napping etc ) , the main beach is right on the promenade which a has a few nice restaurants, coffee shops, souvenir shops , ice cream places. And the third is kinda after the main pier, behind reataurant More, great for couples, adults, bit more private. Super clear sea, nice pebble beach, with small white pebbles which don't hurt feet too much like some can. We had coffee at SKIF every morning, it was the best we found in Igrane, and the view is lovely right by the sea. service was great too , very good staff. We ate at Sunshine bistro, which was lovely , Tri Volta was good, Restaurant More was good. Try traditional food if you can, mussles, shrimp in garlic sauce (Skampi na buzaru) meat grills, fresh seafood and blitva, although the pizzas are quite good too. For pizza avoid Tiffani , we didn't like it much there. My only remark was the lack of a decent supermarket or shop on the beach front/promenade. There is a little shop but with very poor selection. main shop is Studenac, up on the top road which is well stocked with everything. There is a nice bakery on the promenade though, we enjoyed cheese burek there, chocolate willed doughnuts and croissants and other pastry treats. Good activities are hiring a boat, pedalina, or a parachute trip, therea re also boat excursions to near by islands (Hvar etc) , reasonably priced. Also If yoyu have a car I recommend a trip to near by Makarska (10 min drive) for and evening meal, or night life. There are loads of activities there for kids and teens along side beach , and also lots of outdoor concerts, music and performances.
