The town is some 25-30 minutes from the Rush Creek resort where we stayed.
We only drove through Groveland, it seemed to have a lovely one block downtown with BBs, restaurants, and a few other stores. On the road to Yosemite from San Francisco through Manteca, Groveland is the most picturesque little town.

I had trouble finding Groveland, was late at night. the owner/manager came and found me! Wonderful service.
Had problems finding the correct roads to Groveland, then to Yosemite. I did finally get it all together and thoroughly enjoyed my time there.

Unexpectedly charming town with way more facilities then we had imagined. The local saloon is awesome, so is the grocery store. We didn't really have time to explore the other options (as we were there to visit Yosemite) but there were plenty more interesting eating/drinking options around.

I wanted a more plush room.
I wanted a more plush room. This one is adequate but the pillows were too hard and the bedding too thin for winter. Also the bed itself was not plush.
It’s not the fault of Westgate. I tried to book at another more plush hotel but I was told there were no more rooms. Come to find out there were no more rooms at the price Booking.com got to offer. I’m learning.

Our family of 10 stayed for 2 nights very comfortably, the property has central AC and BBQ ready for family fun, there is a local market nearby where we bought foods for BBQ and cooking, over all we are happy and would recommend anyone that heading to Groveland.
It was in a beautiful location near Yosemite and a couple miles from the town center of Groveland. Berkshire Inn was a perfect place for a moms' weekend away with 9 friends. The couple running the place were amazing; they were so sweet and accommodating. And the food was fantastic. They had wine and beer ready for us when we arrived and made delicious coffee, zucchini bread, pancakes, eggs, and fruit for breakfast. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were spotless.
Truly an amazing experience at All Seasons Groveland Inn. We stayed for 2 nights. The hospitality from the owner Tammy is TOP notch. Our room was extremely clean and comfortable! Bonus: Tammy makes an absolutely delicious breakfast. The location is perfect too, walking distance to some really cute restaurants and local pub. Highly recommend and I can’t wait to visit again if we are in the area.
Lovely house/ cabin in grovelands about 1hr 20 mins away from yosemite village. Very spacious, fully equipped and a great stay with family and kids.
Lots of games to play and a games room which was a hit with the kids.
We were there in July and the lake in grovelands is amazing and so warm that everyone was swimming in it.
Host was very responsive to any questions.
fantastic stay! the facilities at the lodge are great with the tavern and restaurant there. we got upgraded to a 2 bedroom cabin which was lovely. it’s so pretty to walk around at night. watch the sunset, grab a drink, or hang out in your cabin. the location for visiting Yosemite was perfect. would definitely return. also the products in the bathroom were lovely.
Good location, fairly close to Yosemite (40 min or so), however the groveland town is very charming itself. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was very clean and full of character. The food served at dinner was amazing and the breakfast place next door didn’t disappoint.
This is not only a beautiful place to stay on 250 acres of California ranch land, the people who run it couldn't be more gracious and accommodating. Coming here, near Yosemite, is a warm and uplifting experience. And you get to know a whole segment of the country, you don't meet in the cities.
This cabin was awesome! Host was super nice and the location is excellent. Small little beach nearby which was conveniently located. Great for big or small groups as the rooms were spacious and the area was quiet. Would definitely reccomend this cabin for a getaway or a visit to yosemite.
Dinner and breakfast were outstanding for a mountain resort vibe. It was like a 5 star city restaurant. Bar/Tavern had great bartenders and well made drinks. Great place for families so we will be back with ours. So close to Hetch Hetchy which was a nice walk around.
Really enjoyed the room - it was clean and warm and with everything needed inside. Check in / check out was fast and easy. There’s a pool, small kids playground and couple cozy corners to sit and chill. Location is great and there’s a good restaurant nearby.
beautiful property! lots to do after a long day of hiking. after dinner we enjoyed playing all the games and activities the hotel
set up. The in incredible sunset as the backdrop to all the fun was the cherry on top!
Near rooms is Bucks Meadow caffe, where you can get great dinner... but unfortunately breakfast there was terrible... but still on our more than two weeks trip to USA, we would rate dinner there in top3
The room and the whole building were ok. The location is good, but not so close to Yosemite. The interesting fact - the oldest saloon in California is near!
