The rooms are really outdated and dirty.
The rooms are really outdated and dirty. Our view was of the big generator on the golf course, and was very disappointing. When we got to the hotel, we were told we need to add money for parking, and that breakfast is not included in the price for booking.com locked us in! This was very disappointed the restaurant and the location was very expensive and not worth it. Not sure the price is worth the pools

Eddie Vs fish and steak etc restaurant
Wally - fine American restaurant
PF Chang - Chinese (great lettuce wraps)

First time visiting the area, the room was adequate, however cleaning service is done by request so I was a bit surprised when I came back from a day out and found it the same way I left it. However they were very responsive when questioned. The breakfast is very lackluster and very limited in it's offerings. However many surrounding restaurants that can accommodate a great breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking on site very easy. Cheesecake factory, movie theater close by at The River complex.

Rancho Mirage is in an Excellent Location.
Rancho Mirage is in an Excellent Location. If you need to eat you have a Salsa Restaurant which is a Hot Restaurant especially if you love Mexican Food (It Is Fantastic!!) There Is also Denny's (Open 24 Hours) So this handles all American Food and More. Kids Eat Free After 4PM. So If you have your family with you, this is a great way to have the family bonding meal that you think you would miss being from home, but you don't. The food is really good and they always provide the top service. Close by you have Big Lots in the same parking lots and other stores. You have Aqua Clientele Casino at the Corner of Date Palm and E Palm Canyon So you can definitely handle all of your entertainment needs (for an adult getaway). Overall this is the best place that can handle anything that you need to make your family experience and unforgetting one!
Great experience all around and the cost was reasonable. The pool and hot tub water temperature settings should be increased 4-6 degrees in pool and 2 degrees Fahrenheit in hot tub. We noticed several guests either not getting in to pool or in then out quickly. What is the point of having an open swimming pool if very few of the hotel guests are going to use and enjoy it because Hilton is trying to save a few bucks by less heating of the water? That is my only "squabble".
top notchery (new word) through out. hotel feels exclusive due to the size, doesn’t seem like an overly sized hotel with small rooms crammed together to get as many travelers as possible to stay. no small rooms here and the hallway is huge, if that matters. (it does)
Breakfast was good would like to see more variety besides eggs there were two different kinds of eggs served, maybe some fresh fruit as an alternative but the location and the hotel are excellent all together
The property was beautiful. The food was wonderful! The show we saw JoKoy was FANTASTIC !!!!!!!
The price for the room was ridiculous. But because of another event in town, all hotels were double in price.
Myself, husband and 2.5 year old had a great time, the pool, lazy river and slash area was a blast and the location of the resort is great, very close to restaurants and shops! Would definitely stay again!
Not much. I don’t think it’s a good location and the view of the brown desert is not a great view. I’ve gone to Palm Springs my whole life and La Quinta resort is my choice.
Great hotel to stay at for Coachella. Rooms were comfortable, complimentary breakfast had the basics to get you started for the day and location was convenient!
